We had our vehicle damaged in a collision where a speeding driver slammed into a standing car pushing it into the front of ours. Good thing there was another car or ours would have taken far more damage. The shop service experience was pretty much straightforward, dropped off the car talked to the insurance companies and they worked everything out. There was a small issue with paperwork but that was insurance company related and quickly resolved. They didn't have a few parts in stock so we had to wait an extra few days for them to get everything repaired. Quality takes time and this job shows how they took time and used proper skill to restore our vehicle to mint condition. Can't speak for costs since it was all covered by the insurance. The estimates given to the insurance company didn't seem overpriced to me though, but that's coming from someone with no prior body shop encounters. And hopefully this will be our last. They have fixed body work twice on my suv and have done a great job both times with fair quotes not adding in things. Some estimaters go conservative instead of probable which I think is hurting their business. These guys went with probable but I could tell they were pretty confident and it worked out both times. Can't even tell my car was ever damaged - their painter was walking me through the layers of paint, primer, and finish they put on new Fords for durability. It all sounded like working on new model Fords were harder to work on in terms of making the paint an exact match - I can say the painters at A&A did an excellent job with it. I looked at the precise spot where the paint was cracked from impact, and could see literally zero mark of repair. I'm particular about these sorts of things, so I was impressed! read more

They're great at A&A. We've done a number of insurance fixes through them. They're fair priced (never tried to gauge for extra work because it's going through insurance). The quality of the work has been really good. They did a little, rigged-up fix on something minor for me one time. I didn't want to replace a whole part of my wheel well. And didn't charged me for it! Granted, it wasn't much work. But I rarely come across any automative place who's done that. We'll keep going back. read more

This is a great body shop more importantly.....a great team people. I had a frame off restoration done on a 1957 MG MGA by a builder in WI. The build was excellent but the bodywork needed HELP. I brought the car to Dan and team and they did a great job to give the car show level body and paint quality!!!! I am giving them a very bad review. Hail damaged on our 2011 Chevy Equinox was the only reason for us to turn in for an estimation. They wrote down way too many details and total cost would be highway robbery $ 2,723 !!! On the last page with a repeat as the first page. To start with, I went to a body shop down the street from A&A. They told me they needed to order a part from Ford to fix the issue. The part was supposed to come in four days later, but ended up being six! I was irritated from their lack of communication and tired of waiting. I decided to call A&A to see if they could look at my vehicle. I was told I could bring my vehicle over anytime, so I did, within an hour of them opening. They got to me immediately! Not only did I not have to wait and make an appointment like I did at the first place, but the employees at A&A fixed the issue with my vehicle right on the spot! I was told it was a minor issue and they didn't even charge me for it! Also, the gentlemen inside the waiting area were an absolute delight to talk to while I waited. From now on, I'm heading straight to A&A for future issues! Wish I had known all this a week sooner to save me time and frustration!
