Sedan was clean and smooth ride…read more HOWEVER---Cab driver had to TEXT to dispatcher constantly during the trip(no dispatcher radio). Dangerous distracted driving. Cab driver took wrong exit off of I-275 due to texting distraction. Driver used passengers iPhone GPS driving directions next. Got to airport on time. Driver informs passengers it is "CASH ONLY" today ($119 flat rate) because company will not take credit cards yet. Driver offered to go with passenger in Airport ATM to get cash. Fortunately, I had the cash and paid $140 including tip. I do not recommend ANY taxi that has no radio to dispatcher and relies on TEXTING down the highway. Nor do most folks like "CASH ONLY" companies. Not recommended. Will not use TAXI TAXI again.

In the beginning the communication was good and we confirmed the ride the day before. The morning of the pickup we were already outside with luggage, wedding dress at 4am. Eight minutes past our pickup time I texted and called with no answer or reply. I called 3 more times between 4:08 and 4:23 with no answer. We were forced to call an uber that was 30 min away. With a very long travel day ahead of us and the added stress of making it to the airport in time was not how we wanted to start our day. One and half hours later i finally received several calls from Joseph. 12 calls back to back. I texted him back and told him we were in a Uber and had nothing to say to him. I had to tell him twice to stop calling me. He said he had an emergency with his daughter and didn't have his phone with him. He did offer to pay for our uber and give us a free ride when we returned but after this first experience we are not willing to give Tuffys a second chance. Plus, uber was cheaper.

From notifying me the morning of my trip to Bali that Frankfurt airport was going on strike and had to make other plans, to following up on a notification error that my hotel was cancelled when I arrived in Frankfurt, to changing my reservations in Bali, they were in there for me and handled things promptly. Josh from Luxlifestyle limos is a crook and the company is a huge scam. I purchased a Groupon offer…read moreof theirs for $125 for a 3 hour limo ride. I have not used their service nor redeemed the Groupon and they are refusing to refund me. This all started when I called to book the limo and the lady at their company tells me its actually for a sedan. I have posted screenshots above of the offer, so feel free to look at it so you can tell me where on the offer it states its for a sedan. Basically, they're luring customers in to buy the Groupon and then squeezing more money out of them by now making them HAVE to pay more for an actual limo, when you are under the impression you already have by purchasing the Groupon. So, I tell her fine I just want whatever is covered by the Groupon I bought and ask her for overrall total w taxes etc. She then tells me $150. I ask her "you mean $150, ON TOP of what I paid for your Groupon?!" She tells me yes, and that the addtl $150 is for driver gratuity. At this point, I know for a fact that this company is a scam, and I demand a refund. No driver gratuity for a sedan for $125 flat should ever be that much money. She tells me she will have to let her manager know. I wait for a call from the manager the entire day, but no call. So I call the next morning and ask for a manager. First, someone named Wes says he is the manager then when I ask for a refund, thats when Josh picks up. These people are blatant liars. Josh doesn't even know who I am or what I'm calling about which means the lady I spoke with previously never told him about my refund. Not suprised. In colorful language I tell him I want my money back and I NEVER will use the service. He assures me that they will issue my refund and call me back. I also asked for an email for my records. To this day, I have not received an email, phone call or refund. Mind you, I never used their service or redeemed the Groupon. They basically stole from me. I posted screen shots of my purchase along with their offer info. Please read their terms closely and compare it to what I have written. AND PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GROUPON, THEY WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR OWN TERMS TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU.
