Josh from Luxlifestyle limos is a crook and the company is a huge scam. I purchased a Groupon offer of theirs for $125 for a 3 hour limo ride. I have not used their service nor redeemed the Groupon and they are refusing to refund me. This all started when I called to book the limo and the lady at their company tells me its actually for a sedan. I have posted screenshots above of the offer, so feel free to look at it so you can tell me where on the offer it states its for a sedan. Basically, they're luring customers in to buy the Groupon and then squeezing more money out of them by now making them HAVE to pay more for an actual limo, when you are under the impression you already have by purchasing the Groupon. So, I tell her fine I just want whatever is covered by the Groupon I bought and ask her for overrall total w taxes etc. She then tells me $150. I ask her "you mean $150, ON TOP of what I paid for your Groupon?!" She tells me yes, and that the addtl $150 is for driver gratuity. At this point, I know for a fact that this company is a scam, and I demand a refund. No driver gratuity for a sedan for $125 flat should ever be that much money. She tells me she will have to let her manager know. I wait for a call from the manager the entire day, but no call. So I call the next morning and ask for a manager. First, someone named Wes says he is the manager then when I ask for a refund, thats when Josh picks up. These people are blatant liars. Josh doesn't even know who I am or what I'm calling about which means the lady I spoke with previously never told him about my refund. Not suprised. In colorful language I tell him I want my money back and I NEVER will use the service. He assures me that they will issue my refund and call me back. I also asked for an email for my records. To this day, I have not received an email, phone call or refund. Mind you, I never used their service or redeemed the Groupon. They basically stole from me. I posted screen shots of my purchase along with their offer info. Please read their terms closely and compare it to what I have written. AND PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GROUPON, THEY WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR OWN TERMS TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU. read more
