So if you want a hood bar experience, then this is probably where you probably should be going. LOL. It's on Edgewood so you know you have to worry about figuring out parking on your own and most likely it's going to be paid parking. Now they do have street parking so keep that in mind but that's always the first to go so just keep that in mind as well. It seems that the food is solid so I didn't even try any food because I'd already eaten. Maybe I get to give another go on a good night and try the food to give it an accurate assessment but as of right now it was just a typical bar situation. You'll go ahead and head to the door and get searched by security and then you'll sit down somewhere and they'll eventually take care of you. I wasn't wowed by anything and it wasn't earth-shattering as far as service goes but it was a good experience. That's exactly what I expected lol. Ok let me give you guys the Wednesday night vibes... bar was empty... I sat no problem, charged my phone, got a hookah no problem as well as a drink. Watched some people play bowling on Wii in the corner and chatted it up with whoever was working close enough. Easy in and out. $45 hookah grat included .. eh about normal in Atlanta. I like to look for specials bc I'm a loner and splitting this with no one lol ... i might go back if their is just something that grabs me but im ok. I WILL SAY people were walking in to order food. Went solo on a Thursday afternoon and had a blast. I didn't get the chance to get their names, but everyone from the security guard to the chef and the bartender were lovely. The wings were the best I've had in a while, drinks were strong, the music was great. And they have hookah! It started getting more crowded as I had to head back to the airport, I can't wait to go back to Atlanta and check out Our Bar ATL. read more

I came here to partake in the Tufestguyintown rug making event. Upon entry I was welcomed by a gentleman who I learned is from Brooklyn too (yeeeeeeeerrrrr) and hes one of the owners. Very cool dude. There were a few other co owners hanging out as well. Everyone seemed cool. I ordered a drink since I was early. I didnt get the bartender's name but he was friendly as well. I had a melon snow ball which wasnt IMO strong. I drank it anyhow. I didnt eat being as though I had just eaten at work before arriving. The music was my type of vibe. All the r&b joints was played. I barely could focus because I was busy sanging along. Which made me ask the bartender if they do karaoke. And wouldnt you know it they do. Every Sunday he said. I've been to this place about 4 times now...once on a Monday to see a friend perform back in 2021 and the rest have been on a Sunday for karaoke. This is a nice neighborhood bar and you can tell the people are really connected and familiar with each other. If you are going for karaoke on Sunday expect to be in an entertaining space but don't expect to sing. Twice when I've been here for karaoke I arrived and signed up before 8 (the list starts at 7) and I didn't get to go because people have paid to skip the line or they've had the privilege of being a regular. The karaoke is not advertised as a paid list but that would be helpful to people who just drop in for karaoke. That really upset me; but going on any other night than karaoke night is lit for sure! read more

Visited on Halloween. No cover charge . My girlfriends and I had a great time! The drinks were strong and cheap the way I like them. I had rum and Coke - $7. After only two I was exactly where I wanted to be. My friend ordered a drink off the menu with blue curaçao (can't remember the name). It was on the sweeter side but tasted good. I really liked their photo booth - $3 it was a very nice touch! The booth printed your photos as well as sent digital copies. My friend has met the owner and said he is very friendly. Would recommend this place. They don't get their fifth star because the dj was kind of boring. The music didn't flow well and didn't keep the crowd entertained consistently. read more

One of my favorite bars to go to! The vibe is always super chill. Not too bougie and not too ghetto. It's my exact vibe as a person. Lol. The owner is kind and so are the people she's hired there. I came here last night after leaving a near by bar that wasn't to my liking. Stumbled upon this jewel and happy I did. At first glance wasn't sure what to expect but it's a nice vibe. It's a good smoking spot for 420 friendly people. Great drinks at good price. I tried the DAY SHIFT and Edgewood ice tea which was strong and good. I tried the wings and garlic parm fries. Wings cooked perfect although I ordered lemon pepper and got honey hot. He did say he would make me more since he messed up my order so that was a plus for me. By far the best bar in the city. It's on Edgewood, but the vibe is universal. The drinks are good and strong.
