Then I saw the 4% charge ($6.40) for using a credit card, so I mentioned that. I would have paid with a debit card or check. She said we need to brush them, so I bought one from them. that she highly recommended.... $36.97 but it is $9.99 on Amazon. Same brush with curved bristles. The lady I talked to said she would tell her boss, Bee, to call me, but Bee never did. That is the reason I am giving them a poor rating. They don't care about me when I was trying to give them a chance to make it good.

She went in perfectly fine & came out with 1 eye completely shut. The next few days her right eye could barely open & when she could open it, her eye ball was droopy. Through multiple vet visits with them, they would never give us an answer about what happened. They ordered us a steroid and pain medication. Mistakes happen, but usually people try to make up for those mistakes. No word about what happened to our dog. "We don't want to speculate", yet they took pictures after whatever incident happened. Obviously something went wrong while our dog was here. We finally decided to get away from this place, went to a new vet. Gave our got an anti-inflammatory and her eye is close to being back to normal. Stay very far away from the grooming service. Dr.Gladden was nice, but I wish she would have decided to give us an anti-inflammatory to speed this process up. All in all we spend over $700 and still have no clue what happened to our dog after multiple questions. We will never go back.

A new vet too the cat, in his carrier, to the back. 5 minutes later the vet came back and said my cat was not being "co-operative" and they could not see him that day. The vet told me to give the cat gabapentin before bringing him back. Of course she sold me the gabapentin for $21! I was very disappointed in this service and found another vet right away. If they can't handle a cat, what good are they?​

When the groomer showed up, I told her of 2 skin tags on my dog's body so that she would be careful not to hit them. She barely looked where I was pointing, so I should have seen that ad a red flag. My dog was returned with several cuts along his body, the biggest being on one of the skin tags I pointed out to her. While I understand that knicks can happen, he has been groomed for years and never had a groomer cut him this bad. I will never trust this company with my dog again.

A loose dog met us when we walked in. While we were there one dog got loose the worker tried to use her leg to stop it and made it cry and yelp. That dog got diarrhea poop all over it from what was on the floor. One dog was foaming at the mouth and there was no water to be seen. I shared my concerns with the owner and she was very rude and abrasive and told me to leave. Do not take your dog there they will be in danger.

My girl was so excited when we came in she just walked on back and didn't care about me lol. We got Tonks evaluated for day care and they are very alert and attentive to all the pups in the daycare. They have cameras where you can peak in and see what your fur baby is doing and that honestly eased my nerves a lot! I was able to see that she was having fun! When I picked her up she was exhausted and I've never seen her worn out like that. But it was very good for her to get out of the house and enjoy time with other dogs! We are also in the training class at Pawtropolis and we absolutely love it! We make sure to be attentive in class and work on the tasks at home as well. Her behaviors have tremendously improved!
