I called another local company and they fit me in the very next day. I will never again purchase an appliance from Agren. NEVER! Also, I had an issue with the ice maker on said refrigerator about a year after I purchased it and a burner on a gas stove I also purchased from them (over 5K for these two appliances). These appliances sit side by side and when I called to make a service call for both them they said that I would have to book and pay for two separate service calls. COME ON! Is this how you treat a loyal customer? In the last year I purchased a front loading washer and dryer. The dryer just doesn't dry clothes. I called them immediately to come take a look and the service technician simply told me to read the manual and that the dryer was fine. Didn't show me how it worked just told me to read. I read the manual before calling and long story short he was no help and the dryer still struggles to dry a load of laundry (already checked other factors like the vent etc). Overall POOR service once you have made the purchase and have the appliance. Great before that point. I will NEVER buy another appliance from them again!!!!!!!!!!
