Bought a garden hose that turned out to be the worst one ever purchased. No big deal, but they wouldn't take it back it saying that I was past the 30 day return policy. I get it, but come on, times have changed and time for some better updated customer service that involves standing behind your products. Would not recommend shopping here. read more

I needed some pellets for the heating stove, not only did they have good prices but wonderful service. Once I walked in I found the freezers with there own grass fed beef. Wow it's good stuff at very comparable prices. I have met the owners and they are good people to say the least. Thanks to all nice helpers who work there too. Great to have a local business to support. read more

Very friendly place, coloring table for kids is cool along with coffee station for adults to grab a nice cup of Joe. Small selection of clothing , boots, work boots and cold weather clothing. But well worth it, pretty good selection for at home pets , small or big. Just a awesome place to go to, I would recommend this place to everyone to stop by first before heading over to the bigger stores in Corvallis and Albany. Also big plus for me and my family, very clean bathroom and like the snack table section. Good place to grab a candy bar or bag of chips to go with a soda or water. My only recommendation, please add a changing table/station for kids in the bathroom. Thanks read more

This store has been great for the various galvanized cans we need. They have various sizes and we have bought from them several times. Recommended. The store does not show up from the major manufactures of galvanized products (Behrens for example) , so it won't come up in a search, or manufactures retail outlets. read more

The selection is already minimal compared to big stores not too far away and I can't tell you how many times I needed something on Sunday or before 9am and had to go to a bigger store because the Farm store is closed! It's also frustrating that the hours when you look up online are different than the actual hours!

After paying TOO MUCH for 1 ton of hay it took them 5 days to call me back (I called every day to…read moreschedule it) and it needed to be on their time and charged me $60 to deliver 2 miles away. After telling them where to put the hay, they put it in the wrong place and refused to come and fix it after telling them I am injured and can't move it myself. They had to nerve to blame me for their mistake and said he needed to get the phone before he said something he shouldn't. RUDEST costumer service ever. I said years ago I wouldn't go back and I did. MY mistake. I will NEVER shop there again.
