We stopped in one day after a long drive from work. We were seated right away. We requested a location we could watch the soccer match and they accommodated our request. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly. She checked on us multiple times and ensured we had drinks filled regularly. We placed our orders and it did not take long. We got an appetizer of the Aussie fries and wings. They were both phenomenal. We had a slight inconvenience happen but the manager and waitress took care of us right away. And we're so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back again with our kids next time. Food was delicious and so filling. We were so hungry I didn't get many pictures. read more

Greeted warmly and seated quickly. Husband had the petite steak with a salad and baked potato. The salad is a full meal and fresh. His steak had several fatty areas and he doesn't like the fat. I had the lobster tails with sweet potato which was sweet and delicious. For me the lobster was undercooked by a couple of minutes. Totally understand this is a new location and you can really tell by the waitstaff reciting the details of the Dining Rewards program to every table. That being said, and grace being given, our service was some of the worst we've had at any restaurant. It took 15 minutes for our waiter to visit our table after being seated. He had spent the previous 10 talking to the table behind us and not serving any other guests. Our drinks did not come out for 27 MINUTES! When we asked our waiter why it was taking so long, he tried explaining something about server assistants having to bring them out, but he ended up bringing them out himself anyway. We lost track of how long it took for our food to come out but it was around 1 hour. The saving grace truly was the taste of the food. The steak and chicken was cooked well, the mac and cheese side was delicious and rich, the loaded mashed potatoes was lacking cheese and seasoning, but truly couldn't dim the rest of the dish I ordered. This Outback location was such a disappoint. It's beautiful and bright and new inside. The staff is friendly, but the actual service really tanked our evening. I don't think I'll be back, at least to dine in. read more

Food was good , service was great; she got swamped w a ten too so our table was packed w appetizer stand and boomerang margaritas x 2 & multiple servers and managers passed by empty handed without clearing our table as we sat literally next to the kitchen worst table in the entire restaurant! So once the food delivered it was difficult to set down with all that on the table . The ambiance was nice bc it seemed to be a newer restaurant w a newer theme . Cool lights new windows and art . The manager passed us by when the table was loaded w empties but he did swing by to ask how we were . My daughters laughed at his cigarette box in his shirt pockets . Interesting fellow . read more

We went for the first for Veterans Day and were really impressed that they provided a full 3 course meal for the veterans. Our server was also the bartender but she handled everything in a timely manner. Our food was delicious and we had a great time. Last week we did a pick up order for their chicken family meal. Our food took almost twenty minutes to be brought out to us which was a bit frustrating but management was proactive which I more than appreciate. When we arrived home there was plenty of food for all six adults to eat. We were a group of four men and two women and there was still a bit of food leftover. I highly recommend their family meals! read more

My family and I dropped by to place a take-out order. We appreciated the separate section for to-go orders, it was well spaced out and air conditioned. Our order was pretty big so we knew it would take some time. We went to do our Walmart shopping and came back. When we came back our order was ready and nicely packaged. David was amazing and got everything right to perfection, big shout out to David! Only thing is we wished we had more bread, we had to split it amongst five people. But overall great service. I'm giving 4 stars because of how friendly the staff was, they were helpful and the manager was hands on. The place is spotless too. As for the food, my husband loved his ribs but said the Mac and cheese was meh, I didn't care for the coconut shrimp as it was fried a little too long for me, making the exterior too crunchy and the shrimp a little tough, but that may just be my personal taste. read more

This is a new Outback location that opened earlier this year - I had higher hopes for it considering it was still brand new, but my experience has soured my desire to go back. When we first walked in, there was almost nowhere for parties to wait (standing or sitting room) - there are a few benches outside, but the inside of this Outback Steakhouse is significantly smaller than others I've been to. It took over 15 minutes for our waiter to greet my table in order for us to order regular drinks (water). Normally I could understand if things were insanely busy, but even with a dinner rush, stopping by the table to let us know he'd be right with us would have gone a long way. After we placed our drink order, it took 27 minutes since we first sat down to receive them - the only reason we even did at this point is because I had to flag him down and ask if he could bring them out. At this point someone else had finally brought bread by, but without drinks, it was incredibly dry and hard to enjoy. We were given an excuse that they have a system - the waiters are not the ones who bring the drinks to the table, but instead, a different type of associate, and they get upset if the waiters mess with their system. If this is true, it's a horrific serving system, leaving huge gaps for customers to receive service. The waiter himself finally brought them over to us another 10 minutes later, joking that he wrestled the tray away for us. It seems like all waitstaff here are instructed to encourage Dine In Rewards sign ups like a Best Buy credit card push, and I was honestly extremely offended by our waiter with this initial impression because while he took the time to explain it, he only directed eye contact and his words to my husband, never once looking at me. So the entire time he's talking about savings, money, and dining in general, he didn't acknowledge the woman at the table once. I have never been met with more blatant "the man has the money" service in my life. We had decided to put our entree order in when we placed the drink order because we figured we would not see our waiter again based on the already long wait time, and I'm so glad we did. The food took over 35 minutes to come out, with our waiter stopping by our table twice to let us know that it was coming out soon (20 minutes before it was ready, then again 15 minutes before it was ready). I completely understand this is the kitchen holding it up at this point, but I do wish that instead of "wishful thinking", he had just been honest with us about the wait. My half rack of ribs and premium side of steakhouse mac and cheese was good - I'd give the food a 3.5-4/5. The incredibly poor service has me seriously questioning if I want to come back. First time here for lunch. I had a really good burger for a very fair price. The 3 course meal containing the Bloomin Burger was about 50¢ more than the regular menu item. So, I opted for it and brought a piece of cheese cake home. Service was friendly. read more

Ordered take out. Whenever I had to pay at other Outback locations, I had to walk inside to pay while this location was ready to come out with food and to accept payment. Everyone was VERY friendly. Food was absolutely delicious. They didn't forget any additional requests for our order. read more

Overall experience is great. I love the wings here and get them for take out often. I ordered them twice this week and the wings have too many feathers on them. That's my only critique. Customer service is amazing and the location is ideally located. read more

Wednesday May 14th, 2025. Went there around 8 pm. No line. Host and server were friendly. Server asked if we were rewards members and my Wife said yes. Server took the table's wireless order device and entered some information. Server then took our drink order and never brought any bread, other tables had bread. We ordered blooming onion and bushman shooms as appetizers. Waited quite a while for those to arrive and when they did it looked like they were tiny portions. Server took awhile to come around again to check on us for drink refills. Sweet tea was weak and tasted like it was sitting around for a while. Food finally came, I had the Blooming Chicken, my Wife had the Alice Spring's Chicken as did my daughter. Alice Sping's Chicken was very salty and my daughter found a piece of plastic in her mashed potatoes near the end of her meal. My Wife asked the server for a box for her meal 15 minutes before everyone else was done eating and she was nowhere in sight. She finally came up we asked for to go boxes. When I got home I noticed that the restaurant's phone number was used as the rewards number instead of our number. We will not be going back to this location again.
