Ordered from DoorDash. So grateful number one for how they packed my Thai tea, as it was on its side and I thought for sure it had leaked and all of my tea was in tact! The Mongolian beef was probably my favorite (pictured with the green onions picked out lol). It was the flavor I've wanted for years from other restaurants and finally got. The Thai curry chicken was perfect. The general tso chicken was as expected. The tofu pad Thai was the only thing that was disappointing. The tofu was dry :( next time I'm craving that dish specifically I'll go back to Nit Noi Thai Kitchen, but it was still good. Wonton soup was as expected. The food here is neither good or authentic. It is edible. Have had pad Thai from here twice. Both times it was not good. They had a buy 2 get one special on tea. My wife and I ordered takeout through Uber and overall I enjoyed my meal but some items definitely shined versus others. The pork egg roll was lacking that snap of freshness to the ingredients I was looking for. The flavor on the pork dumplings were good, but definitely needed a longer cook if they were to be considered pan fried. The Bourbon Chicken was really lacking in flavor and truly just tasted like unseasoned chicken chopped and covered in BBQ sauce. I only had a couple bites. On a more positive note, I really enjoyed the Beef and Broccoli and side of noodles that came with Bourbon chicken. The Shrimp fried rice was nothing special but definitely met expectations. Unsure if we'll order again versus some other Chinese food in the area, but it also isn't something I'd actively avoid. Unless it's the Bourbon chicken, avoid the bourbon chicken. read more

Clean and cozy atmosphere as many fellow diners were finishing their meals. Wait staff was friendly. We ordered an appetizer of crispy calamari to start. Served promptly. Very crispy, served with a tartar sauce on the side. I enjoyed the shrimp with lobster sauce. Served with a side of white rice. The shrimp and vegetables were cooked perfectly. My companion ordered the Thai curry chicken with fried rice (a small upcharge for fried rice). Delicious! Can't wait to return to try other dishes! Drive by many times before while going into Orlando or Davenport. First time here. It's bigger than I imagined. It's like a fast Chinese take out with a decent amounts of seating, nature decors, and table service. Their menu isn't vast but has the usual options. Our waiter was very nice and patient and attentive. His service was better than some other 'more expensive' restaurants I've been to. We ordered couple chicken entrees with fried rice. We were looking for veggies, try to have a balance meal, but couldn't decide because nothing caught our eyes. Then our waiter said 'Your entrées comes with white rice but you can substitute those with either mix veggies or steam broccoli' That solved our problem!! We also ordered few boba drinks. We ordered Orange and General Tso chicken, couldn't really taste the difference between the two. The orange has a bit more bitterness and that's about it. Both dishes are not very strong in the vinegar or sugar taste, healthier I guess. The fried rice was good. The steam veggies weren't over steamed/blanched. My milk tea could have been a little sweeter. 'I love desserts but I don't like my sweets overly sweet but the tea needed a tad more sugar'. It's good if I wasn't consuming any food that contained sugar. Also the tapioca has no sweetness to it, but the tea had tea flavor and not watered down. I found this nice Chinese restaurant last night with high ratings, so I was excited to try it. My husband got his usual shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp, ($1.25 for 5 extra shrimp) and I tried the honey/garlic chicken with white rice. It was excellent. There was so much chicken in each piece, that after four bites, I was full. Their crab rangoon was delicious. It was literally stuffed with a lot of crab (more than any other restaurant I've been to). And the egg rolls (my ultimate favorite) were the best I've had in over 30yrs (No exaggeration). My taste buds were Happy, Happy!! (In my Emeril Lagasse voice ). My Tonkatsu ramen had a delightful, unidentifiable spice that I really liked. The order was ready on time and the staff was welcoming. I think some people may not realize the power of a good first impression. But it does linger and invites customers back. I had some family come into town for some Disney time, and they stayed around this part of town. One evening, we all decided that we wanted some Chinese food, so we looked around the ol' Google to see what could be found. We landed on this place. A place that doesn't specialize only in Chinese food, but offers many different dishes from many different Asian cultures. The options were mind-bogglingly overwhelming. But I ultimately settled on a simple sesame chicken with some fried rice. And of course we all shared a few apps like the egg rolls and the crab rangoons. These apps were good. You can tell that this stuff is a level above Asian restaurant. Not overly soggy with oil. Nice and crispy and full of fillings. And my chicken was good, too. Cooked through, a nice, light breading covered in the sauce and the sesame seeds. And fluffy fried rice that sticks right to the outside of the chicken and provides you with bite after wonderful bite. This place was recommended by a neighbor. Sadly, our visit was a disaster. It was a few months ago, but still quite memorable. The restaurant was busy with many, many takeout orders, I took this as a positive sign. The inside of the restaurant was not busy with only one other table occupied. As we were waiting to order, a robot carrying several plates of food passed our table and stopped at the other occupied table. The server followed the robot to transfer the plates of food to the table. I thought this was super cool. Our server walks up, all of about 15 years old and likely the son or nephew of the owner. Very green and unfamiliar with the menu as well as the ingredients of the dishes. The menu does not list the ingredients of the dishes, forcing patrons to ask what's in certain dishes. As many folks do, I have preferences and what to avoid things like water chestnuts, mushrooms and baby corn. The server was a living question mark. So after a mild interrogation about the dishes we were interested in, we placed our order and crossed our fingers. The food was taking a longer than expected time considering we were the only customers inside the restaurant waiting for food, I suspect the takeout side was busy and responsible for the delay. I was looking forward to that cool robot delivering our dishes. Our table was located even with the doorway to the kitchen and we could see the idle robot just inside the doorway. Time passes and then we saw Mr. Question Mark emerging from the kitchen with our four plates of food. His elbow catches the door jam and all four plates crash to the floor. No using the robot was a technology failure. The actual fate of our dinner was a human fail. Mr. Question Mark was definitely on brand. Now we have to wait for our meal - all of our meal - to be prepared again, so our order seemed to go back into the queue rather than front of the line as we waited an additional 30 minutes for our meal. We should have walked out before the meal - take 2 - arrived. Food arrived safely despite no robot delivery. But the food I received was an abomination. Kung Pao Chicken isn't rocket science. Even Panda Express has an inferior, but workable version of it. What I received was a soupy mess of thin sauce with no familiar flavor of Kung Pao with 5 McNugget-sized pieces of chicken in a bed of peanuts and celery. A ridiculous amount of celery in huge pieces. It will be forever remembered as "Kung Pao Celery (or WTF Kung Pao). This place, sadly, could learn a few things from Panda Express. Start with less celery (in smaller chunks. In the end, I regret not walking out with the original plate drop and heading next door for a couple of highly reliable Pub Subs. This place was a definite "one and done" for us. Of course, your mileage may vary (hopefully). Now I am hungry for Panda's orange chicken. Too bad the Davenport Panda Express is a service sh!tshow, but that's another review. read more
