It's always a pleasure to stop here for dinner, we come here maybe 4 times a month to have some steak and shrimp and it does not disappoint. We always are greeted with a smile and the wait times are never too bad. The most wait I've had was 20 minutes. Our server was awesome, she went above and beyond and kept refilling our drinks. She checked on us and honestly it was amazing. The Aussie cheese fries are always a hit for us and we found out we can do a half order which is great. I went to the Outback for my mother-in-laws birthday. We had a party of 9 so with the decent size party it took a little to get a table even thought they weren't super busy. Now I don't have what everyone got but at least for my family we got a blooming onion which was bomb and not healthy at all haha. It was still worth it for sure. I got the 13 oz. hand-cut ribeye with Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie. I added the garlic butter which I highly recommend. My two sides were loaded mash potatoes and a Cesar salad. My wife got The Queensland chicken and shrimp pasta which is fettuccine tossed in Alfredo sauce. My wife really liked it. The kids got chicken tenders of course something to really review for that. It is abundantly clear that the management of this Outback is incapable of staffing his/her restaurant. Friday night, 5pm, 25 minute wait when over half the tables are available. The excuse of we don't have any waiters seems to be an excuse they are using when talking to the rude manager. After talking to the bar staff and other employees the common theme is miss management. Went to outback yesterday had a great experience the food was amazing our server LILY was on point and gave great recommendation on food. The bread with butter is always delicious Had the blooming shrimp and it was delicious(suggested by lily) and it's was 10/10 taste and quantity. The potato soup was really really good and had a really good flavor. We had a steak and also the coconut shrimp and it was perfect. Really good place very clean and good atmosphere and great service. We tool are mom for her Birthday, we ordered five steak meals at medium every single state came out Rare, the waitress must have been you. Service- We "draw" Erin as our waitress for the second time in two weeks and she was again outstanding. From the go she start us with couple of good drinks recommendations, the Guava Rita and the Peach Agave Refresher. These plus the Chicken Garlic and Parmesan appetizer almost got us full. We ordered the Salmon Cobb Salad and the Outback Prime Rib with the Towanba topping, French Onion Soup and Lobster Mac n Cheese and it was all a pleasure party. We had to keep asking for stuff cause the waiter was soooo busy with the party next to us, it almost seemed as if he knew them or they were family cause he kept sitting down with them and keep carrying the kids at the table.
