It's always a pleasure to stop here for dinner, we come here maybe 4 times a month to have some steak and shrimp and it does not disappoint. We always are greeted with a smile and the wait times are never too bad. The most wait I've had was 20 minutes. Our server was awesome, she went above and beyond and kept refilling our drinks. She checked on us and honestly it was amazing. The Aussie cheese fries are always a hit for us and we found out we can do a half order which is great. I went to the Outback for my mother-in-laws birthday. We had a party of 9 so with the decent size party it took a little to get a table even thought they weren't super busy. Now I don't have what everyone got but at least for my family we got a blooming onion which was bomb and not healthy at all haha. It was still worth it for sure. I got the 13 oz. hand-cut ribeye with Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie. I added the garlic butter which I highly recommend. My two sides were loaded mash potatoes and a Cesar salad. My wife got The Queensland chicken and shrimp pasta which is fettuccine tossed in Alfredo sauce. My wife really liked it. The kids got chicken tenders of course something to really review for that. This was our third time at this particular Outback. The food is excellent, I have not been disappointed. Our servers have always been thoughtful and attentive. The deserts are great if you have enough room for them. Chances are, you won't. The portions are great, the meat is cooked well and tender (I order medium rare) the drinks are tasty and some of their signature drinks are unique and delicious. It is abundantly clear that the management of this Outback is incapable of staffing his/her restaurant. Friday night, 5pm, 25 minute wait when over half the tables are available. The excuse of we don't have any waiters seems to be an excuse they are using when talking to the rude manager. After talking to the bar staff and other employees the common theme is miss management. The bread with butter is always delicious Had the blooming shrimp and it was delicious(suggested by lily) and it's was 10/10 taste and quantity. Dinner time, quiet atmosphere, menu with several choices, wanted to try their 14.99 deals as advertised in social media but came in and no deals on menu. Verbally received deals, I felt that if you advertise on social media they should have options visibly on menu. Service was good, food was good as well tasty and well seasoned. Not only was I there waiting for the order while it wasn't ready yet but this is what we ended up with it's soggy not crispy the soup was not closed properly it was spilling in the bag how do you not notice the bag is wet..and the store should check that all the food is sealed it's hot soup people!!! I have eaten here many of times at the bar. Why does management at this establishment continue to screw up the atmosphere by changing bartenders out like laundry.
