I will start this review by saying that everybody in this place was super friendly. However, when a group of 10 people sit at a table and the waiter takes one drink order and disappears, that's not good. The breakfast was good, Omelettes made to order and the coffee was actually quite good. Lunch was underwhelming. Usually salads and a frozen chicken dish reheated a chafing dish was what we had. Dinner was not good. The one night they had beef tenderloin which we were all looking forward to, but it was so chewy that I threw half of it out, I think it still had marks on it from where the jockey was kicking it. Wonderful dining overlooking a small lake with outdoor seating as well. The staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. The hamburger during the lunch buffet was extremely good. High quality meat and fresh toppings. The fruit was top-quality as it was sweet and fresh. The blueberries were plump and sweet and the pineapple was sweet and soft. Nice selection at the dessert bar, including low sugar cheesecake, apple pie, brownies and red velvet cake. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Creamiest grits I've ever had, made to order egg white omelette with fresh ingredients. They had chicken sausage links which is great since we don't eat pork. Love dining and looking out the window overlooking the lake. Keep in mind that there are gaps between breakfast lunch and dinner as far as hours of operation. read more

Went there to attend their "National Championship Party". So first off, really great place to see a sporting event. Large projected screen and multiple flat screens. No bad seat. Has the other diversions of a pool table and fooseball. Food was good...probably the best burger sliders around. Wings were respectable and taco bar wasn't lacking. Their house specials were good. Wine is on the pricey side and rest of the bar was as you would expect.... just about what a hotel would charge. Here is the challenge as this place is under management. The management is clueless.... they put a flyer out there to try to encourage sports fans to come there and revel in the biggest college sports event. As I was expecting a big crowd I had called days ahead to get more details.... the front desk knew nothing. They didn't even remember they were having an event... they would say "which party do you want to be transferred too?" "No, you guys are hosting a national championship party and I have a few questions to clarify what your flyer said." then they would proceed to say something to the effect "Oh wait, I think I saw a flyer, hold on" and then go get the flyer and read it to me. I didn't think it was that bad the week before but the day of, really? So as you can imagine, we literally had the place to ourselves.... we besides our group of 10 friends or so, there was one couple lounging on the comfy chairs in front of the fire and big screen and one group of 3 guys and a solo dude at the bar. And when we got there, no signs.... Championship Party this way. IT was dark we didn't know this bar was in the back in a separate building from the front desk main event space. We wondered around finally went back to the front desk and she drew a map. Service was great. The bartender and night manager tried very hard to make us lack for nothing. They have potential to be a great fun destination to go for sporting events over and beyond the local Yknots or Chili's... but part of going out to see sports at a bar or restaurant is to be able to hoot and holler with friend-fans you never met before. Peachtree City and the surrounding area could totally support a place like that and even newnan or fairburn or griffin people might rent a room too. But they need to do a whole lot more promotion... add a little sign by the road during the week "xyz game here - Monday" and put it on the local facebook pages and put a sign up in the lobby and outside at the entrance telling people where to go. Or just be another hotel that is either full because you have a big event or is dead. And HINT to those sports fans... want to through a big party and not have to pay to rent a hall or pay for a caterer and helpers.... just tell your friends to go to Two01 and have your own party... you could easily have 20 or 30 people meet you there and have the time of your lives. read more

Decided to meet my wife here for lunch (she is doing her 2nd residency). For $15.95 + tax I would have thought there would have been a better selection. There was a grill station where they cooked frozen pre formed hamburgers, they also had pizza which I wasn't about to try. They had a main station which featured 4 items... A pan of each per side of the island.. A very small desert station, I got a piece of chocolate cake that was obviously out of a box.... I have an advance culinary degree, so I know what I'm talking about... Don't waste your time or money on this place. read more

This sits in the middle of the the Crowne plaza in PeachTree City that is surrounded by beautiful forests was in Town couple nights decided to have the Steak Quesadilla and a couple . The place could use a little updating but overall the quesadilla were good and the service was good and for what it's worth I witnessed a couple burgers go bye that caught my attention I give it a 6.1 nothing great but if I stay there again I'll probably go back.... read more

Excellent food here! I went for the easter Sunday brunch and was absolutely impressed with the selection of entrees, salads, and desserts. They even had a bananas foster station! The entire team of people in the kitchen and serving were nothing but helpful in everything. They had beef tenderloin and a ham that was very good with a raisin sauce that was very close to my mothers. The evening meals also have a staggering selection of foods. They always have fresh fruit, cheese platter, and great salads. The breakfasts have the omelet station just like the brunch does. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a change of pace. I have been to Dolce twice for our annual retreat, and I thank god for the person who found this venue. Sure, the hotel is good, but the crown jewel is the food. Man I love the food here. They serve a fixed price buffet and, despite my reservations against buffets, this one is really awesome. The chicken, fish and sides are never bland and often very healthy. Last time I was there I ate the chicken breast in some sort of sauce, the crab-meat stuffed tilapia, and the sliced to order beef tenderloin. Surprisingly, the latter was the most bland, but that's just cause the others were so flavorful. The carrot and ginger soup was heavenly. The salads bar is better than most and the grilled veggies are superb. But my favorite is definitely the cobbler, that they make with a different fruit for every meal. read more

Went here for Father's brunch. The restaurant is located around back and has cheap paper signs directing you to the parking lot. The decor is really dated and it took us 15 minutes from when we were seated till the waitress came to get our drink order. We specifically made our reservation at 12:15, so we could have cocktails (still dont understand the law in waiting till 1230 on Sunday to drink!). The waitress took our drink order at 1232 and told us that the bar didnt open for another few minutes. I flipped out, spoke to the manager, and finally got a drink at 1245. Not the greatest bloody mary (made from a mix, not scratch) and both the waitress and manager did not understand what I meant by making it spicy. The food was great except for being too few line chefs for the carving station and omelet station. After brunch I went back to the manager and asked him about the bar and if we were the only ones who ran into that problem. He said very few people ask for drinks on Sunday brunch and they were not prepared. Again the food was good, service was slow, and drinks were hard to come by. I got it, I am in the bible belt. But I am not in church, I am out for brunch, pour the drinks! read more

We got away here for the weekend for some "RR". The restaurant is located on the Crowne Plaza property. The scenery is beautiful. the lake views and nature views are awesome. the atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing. The Bar area has several TV screens a pool table and table hockey. It has a popcorn machine I never saw used. Nevertheless the drinks were great tropical punch is a must try. The peacthree burger was gorgeous and full of flavor all ingredients were fresh. Now for the bad news. The service although friendly was slow and not attentive at all. We had to find someone for the bar once and had to find someone for requests during breakfast. The breakfast for this 5 star hotel was awful. the coffee was bitter as if you had 90% coffee and 10% water. The Chef was overwhelmed. He had to prepare the omelets ,pancakes, waffles and eggs. There should have been someone preparing waffles and pancakes and someone preparing omelets and eggs this would have been more efficient and we would not have to wait so long. The buffet was not any better than a motel breakfast in a lobby. As a matter of fact the breakfast at the Holiday inn down the street was 100% better than this. The Turkey sausage was cold the bacon had a leather texture like eat jerky. The one thing that I enjoyed on the breakfast bar was the biscuits and gravy and it was only available one day out of the three. The price you are charging warrants a much better quality. Because the breakfast was so awful we did not even try the lunch or dinner. If you are looking for a good drink and a good burger go to the bar but be prepared to wait and if you want breakfast go somewhere else unless you have money to waste. read more
