Don't be fooled by there so called lunch special. It's clearly bate and switch. My husband and I went there for lunch and most of the items listed on their lunch special had an up charge of $4.00 each so a $10 lunch each turned into a $20 lunch each. Also the table next to knew an employee at the restaurant and two servers were giving that table constant service and we waited over half and hour to be greeted and another half hour to get salad then another 20 minutes for soup. We went here for a double date night on a Tuesday. We added our names to the wait list on our way, about 15 minutes. When we arrived we waited for about 20 more minutes after arriving to the restaurant. I let this slide since they are operating at 50% capacity. Upon being seated (in a very small booth); we were greeted briefly, but not asked for our drink order. Our waitress came by and told us she'd get our drinks in a second...we had yet to order our drinks. She asked for our drink order 20 minutes after being seated. Then we waited at least another 20 minutes for our food. The soup which was promised to come before my friend's meal never came until he pointed it out. She took it off his tab which was at least one good look for Outback. I was shocked by how small the portions were for a median priced chain restaurant. My steak was tasty, although a friend's steak was not nearly done how she had asked. They kindly took it and cooked it longer, but came back out overly charred. Overall, I am disappointed in the locations service, but also Outback's overall quality and value. we drove an hour to come here and it honestly was horrible. the sever was great but the service was terrible. the whole time we had plates sitting on our table multiple servers had passed us and i had to keep asking for them to take the plates. the appetisers weren't good. we got a blooming onion and fried shrimp they were both just kinda soggy. the blooming onion was cut so thick it was gross. we got 2 40 dollar steaks they came out cold. i got a bacon burger that came out without bacon and the burger itself was cold. we waited an hour and a half for our food and didn't really eat any of it. i took my burger home and the other 2 barely touched their steaks. i'm 7 months pregnant so im impatient to begin with but then having to wait an hour and a half for food that was cold and not good was just beyond annoying. again the server we had was great the service she gave us was great the other servers that were helping her not so much. food was not good very disappointing read more

I frequently dine here, but was extremely disappointed at the quality of the medium rare 12oz Prime Rib cut I ordered. The meat was downright raw. When I sent it back, it appeared to be cooked correctly, but it was so tough that I had to put a lot of effort into even cut it. I took one bite and couldn't even finish the bite. The waitress brought me a new cut and it was just as tough. Either someone is not paying close enough attention to the quality of the meat or the cook just didn't care. Probably both. The service was "ok", but I had to remind them I had asked for horseradish with my meal. I'll try again in a couple of weeks and see if they've improved. Sure hope so. My food is consistently good here. The servers are always very nice and accommodating. It's not fancy and the floors and the restrooms are usually a bit grubby but I always come more towards 8pm, you avoid the families with the noisy kids that way but they've left a wreckage in their wake. Just had probably the worse meals in my life from Outback Steakhouse. I got the ribeye and a brownie sundae using doordash. I've never had a ribeye where (along with the ton of fat ) had grizzle going through the whole steak. Plus it had so much seasoning it was basically not edible. Broccoli and potatoes where fine. The the ice cream brownie sundae, yuck. Brownie was undercooked, the chocolate curls aren't even chocolate. I ate one by itself and it never melted in my mouth. The restaurant had maybe one other guest inside but we stood at the front for a while. The one bar tender finally came over and said he was the only one in the restaurant. It took a long while for him to get our order, bring our food, and get our payment. He was by himself while working the bar and probably 15 tables by the time we left. It was not the best experience because of that. He was very apologetic but makes you wonder why Outback lets that happen for their lunch hour. Food was good all around though. Came here with my boyfriends family on a Sunday night, apparently his dad is a huge fan and made that fact very well known. Wasn't too busy, and we were seated right away. His dad is a talker, to everyone, the hostesses were great though and kept up a pretty good banter with him the entire way to our table. Now the main reason reason for the 5 star review. Our server heather (only remember the name because the bfs dad kept referring to her as heather locklear), was freaking awesome. She was extremely patient and attentive with our table the entire time. Again, my boyfriends dad loves to talk and no topic is off limits. But no matter what topic he brought up, she was right there with an answer and pleasant conversation throughout the meal. The food was also way better than I expected. My fish was cooked perfectly and arrived to the table piping hot which was also nice. When it came time for the check, there was no waiting to be rung out once we had the card out at the table ready to pay. We were also among the last there near closing time, but never once felt like they were trying to rush out of there. A great experience, I'll definitely be back. read more

WIth the amount of times I have visited this Outback, it's enought for me to gain ten pounds thinking of the amount of steaks and fries I've consumed. Tonight on the other hand...was a bit of a different story. As today was father's day, this is where my dad wanted to dine so why not right? I was in the mood for a nice steak dinner and Outback seemed like a good place compared to the OTHER steakhouses around...*cough*...Longhorn. As per usual, we arrived at four and with an early reservation we were seated without problems. For those who don't know, Outback is loacted in this strip-mall like building and is right next to Five Guys. I would like to know which came first since both are great places to eat but we aren't talking about Five Guys here, this is OUTBACK!...moving on. The tables and chairs still looked to be...teetery so we were lucky enough to get a booth with a good view of the restaraunt. Don't expect a whole lot of room here since because of hte location this is in, space is modest and with a hungry crowd of people here, it may drive you to insanity if you hate being around people. So enough about that, onto the most important part of the evening, the food! I ordered my usual twelve ounce Outback Special, cooked medium rare and wood-fired. Why not the original classic? Well, let's just say my taste buds would disagree! As usual, my sides were the Aussie Fries and the Garlic Mashed Potatoes, yes potato overload but I love it. We were lucky enough to have Rochelle as our waitress who did such a fantastic job our tip came up to around twenty dollars for her. However, there were some problems tonight...and they were major ones. We had ordered the chicken wings as an appetizer which were all well cooked and had good flavor, but when it came to the entrees.... My mother's cheese fries were served with no cheese on them but her burger was just well so Rochelle sent her new cheese fries in a matter of minutes. With that problem out of the way, a more serious one arose. My father's new york strip steak was overcooked...WAY overcooked. Shocked as we all were since this was FATHER'S DAY, when Rochelle came back, one of the head staff members Debbie joined her and had the steak sent back in advance. While the rest of us enjoyed are food, the steak came back eventually but this time...it was..R-A-W. All of us touched the middle and felt the coldness within. Debbie was so ashamed she didn't even charge us for the new york strip as we sent it back a third time. Rochelle offered my father something to satisfy him but all he wanted was his steak...poor her. A miracle that the steak came back just right all with Rochelle apologizing for the mishap even thought this wasn't her or the rest of the wait staff to blame, it was the chef. My brother and I had no issues with our meals and we even had room for a chocolate brownie dessert which completed the fantastic meal we had. The cheesecake my dad had got was according to him "perfect" so that made his day. With all of us finished with eating and having recieved coupons from Debbie after the little accident, we still left actually happy and in a positive mood. As this would usually be a sign of me rating this location three stars, the staff here is what makes it stand out. The atmosphere may not suit some people but with what you get, make the best of it. With Outback's tasteful food and respectful staff, it has somehow impressed my picky nature and I hope it encourages others to check it out as well. read more

Allowing a party of 31 over 3 tables all walking where ever they want, no masks and completely ignoring the requirements. PATHETIC!!! Bread was hard and stale. Steak was scorched and not medium at all. Mash potatoes were cold cheese and butter didn't even melt. Asked for water and didn't get a refill until 15 minutes later. Great value - ok. It's not advertised as a five star restaurant but this is truly a great value. Or waiter Alex was exceptional. The value received for the price was extraordinary. The service I received was beyond expectations. It was my father in laws birthday and our waiter must have picked that up in conversation as they showed up with an unexpected dessert. Little did they know at 85 years old this is one of his best restaurants that he frequents but typically as take out because he is alone. You made his day. So, I gave it 2 stars due to the waitress that took care of us. Other then that, I'm not sure what happened to outback but the experience we had there was just terrible! I will start with the dinning room. It's very dark and gloomy. Has a little smell lingering. Outdated. But that was the better part of it. The waitress we had was just fabulous. She did a really good job at apologizing! There was a young kid working as the hostess, he sat us down he was very unprofessional to say the least. His hair looked like a bush on top of his head and I asked for a table but there was 6 of us. He made a huff noise and we had to ask him to put two tables together. Now look!! I don't normally complain, but when your charged $200 for the bill and the service was shitty with the exception of our waitress and the food, o yea, the food. Let me tell you, this had to be the most expensive worst meal I have ever had in my life. I looked at a picture in the menu and thought, boy that looks good. I ordered, noodles and creamy Alfredo sauce with a nice cut of steak and a nice row of shrimp. Well, I got the plate and let me tell you, it looked like a totally different plate. It had 3 tiny circles of steak, 4 pieces of shrimp that were burnt, a pile of noodles that had no Alfredo sauce on them at all. It was Disgusting!! I could not believe they sent this meal out like they did. Even the waitress couldn't believe it. So, I sent it back. I sent back my dry noodles, burnt shrimp and 3 circles of steak. I just ordered a steak. But everyone's meal was shitty. For the money it was garbage. I ordered a blooming onion, I figured they couldn't mess up the well known blooming onion, right!! Wrong!! So what happened to the blooming onion!? It use to be huge, right!! Nope! It was a regular size onion cut like the blooming onion and it was very burnt. Look, I haven't ate here in a while now. But it was my daughter's birthday and I wanted to take the family out to eat. I don't care about the cost I would of paid $300 for a good meal. To me it's not the cost if the food is on point. This is why these places are folding up because of sloppy service and shotty food. With the exception of our waitress, she was fantastic. Really nice lady so A+ on that. I even tipped her $50 I hope she has a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas. As for eating here, never again! It's just not worth a $200 bill to eat in a shit hole like outback.
