Great products and communication (by Chris). We are very happy with our fire bowls on our pool. We appreciated that the installation kit and gas valves were included in the purchase. Chris sent us lots of photos so that we could compare colors and finishes so that we picked just the right bowl. Also, we got updates during the process. Thank you for helping us to complete a beautiful backyard!

We just finished our backyard and we took the best decision by buying & installing a fire pit from Outdoor Fire & Patio. The quality of the fire pit is exceptional and made all the difference in our backyard. It was packaged very well for the trip across the country. I recommend these products to your backyard. I am planning to order more products for our front & backyard. My sales representative (Chris) was very helpful send me samples over night and answered all my questions by phone call, e-mails and text messages.

We could not be happier with our fire bowls! I worked with Chris who helped us choose the exact bowls we needed including providing samples. The gray is beautiful and the reinforced concrete looks natural, modern, and very classy. The burners create a beautiful flame that also generates a lot of heat if you're looking for warmth and a chilly evening. We have gotten tons of compliments. These fire bowls took our pool area from cool to epic! I highly recommend taking a look at our pics. Chris and the rest of the team at Outdoor Fire and Patio were great to work with in choosing the bowls and setting up a very professional delivery. The bowls were packaged safely and delivered undamaged in a large well padded wood box and a pallet. The bowls are incredibly well-made and heavy! They are also so well-priced, I'm surprised anybody would use another company. Strongly recommended!!!

Chris was excellent in answering all our questions, and getting us the perfect product for our backyard oasis. From the start, to the finish the customer service was 5 star, and we are so happy with the end result, and excellent product that Outdoor Fire and Patio provided us. They sent us color samples out to match perfectly the look we were striving for, and Chris followed up to the end ensuring we were satisfied. Kudos to the way this business is ran, you have a customer for life in us!

We just finished our beautiful outdoor Mediterranean patio in Central Florida and thanks to Chris, our fire bowls were the perfect touch for the outdoor ambiance. The quality of the fire bowls are exceptional, Chris was easy to work with and took care of our needs in a timely fashion. We give him and his company a 5 star review.

Spent $8k with this company earlier this year. Chris was extremely friendly and responsive initially. However, we had some issues with the systems upon install (about 30 days ago) and called and texted multiple times asking for help (myself, my general contractor, and my electrician). Never got any response. We finally called Fire By Design (noticed their logo on the AWEIS's) and they were great. We were able to get everything working successfully. Still not heard a peep back from Outdoor Fire and Patio, for this reason I wouldn't recommend them. Product is beautiful though.

Amazing service! Chris has been a pleasure to work with. Constantly updating us throughout the process and following up after the fire bowls were delivered. We ordered 5 Maya fire bowls and LOVE them! Highly recommend!

I have been eye-ing this place for MONTHS…read more (For the record, this review is for the Selena collection ONLY.) I'm in the market for a modular sectional and after some serious searching, I stumbled upon this place and fell in love with their Selena designs. So much so that I couldn't decide on three different colors and designs. I was hoping to save a trip and asked Cuzzo (who lives in the city of sin) to go check it out for me - which he did. I asked how he liked it (I do value his opinion) and his response was somewhere along the line of "it looks really nice" and "it's sturdy." But he wasn't very convincing... Hubbers told me to just fly to Vegas and check it out myself because "why drop that kinda money when you haven't even taken it on a test run..." So, I did. Yeah, as ridiculous as that sounds, I flew to LAX - Vegas to take a look at a couch. Got here at first opp and spotted one of my top three Selenas. It really is a gorgeous set. We were greeted by staff. I asked about the other two color/design I had my eye on. Sadly, they didn't have it on the floor. However, she says if it's the Selena I'm interested in, the make is pretty much all the same - it's just the colors that sets them all apart. Cool, so a test run I did and sat on it. Cuzzo was right: it is sturdy, alright: sturdy like uncomfortable. (Which he admitted he didn't want to tell me over the phone because he much preferred I judge it myself.) One of my top three had a different tuft, and it's the one I was most interested in, but sales said even with that, the "feel" is pretty much the same. "And I can't tell you if we have it in stock... the manager isn't here who has access to our system for verification." I found other interesting pieces, but they were either the wrong color or the wrong size and I just didn't find them interesting... My sales rep asked if I would like to leave my phone number so the manager can call me to let me know if the one I was most interested in is available. So, I did. I will admit I was disappointed, but it was pretty enough that I might just pull the trigger, so maybe - just maybe - if it was available, the manager might have sales talked me into the purchase. Even more especially with the upcoming Labor Day weekend sale. With some convincing powers. I might just reconsider... ... if they only made the call. Needless to say, that was kinda the end of that. They do have cool, modern furniture and some aren't bad at all. They simply just didn't have what I had my heart set on... and it really didn't live up to expectations. It looked good, and that's as far as it went. The silver lining to this is that I got to hangout with cousins for the weekend - and that was a lot of fun - so the trip wasn't a total waste. Welp... at least I won't die wondering.

It's always changing here, just like the restaurant. The market's being moved to the inside part, near the patio furniture and the checkout registers. Much of it was already situated there, but there was a worker in there, removing the last few parts of it. (I believe the cafe is remaining, since there are numerous kiosks there.) Not sure what will be here but I'm sure that it will be different the next time we visit. Noticed that the yellow signs, similar to what Albertsons and Smiths uses, for Lower Pricing; it was prevalent here, maybe to grab the customer's attention. It worked. Snapped lots of possibilities, for our stringbean's room. A five drawer dresser. We were also looking at the rugs for our foyer, our lowest level. But we still need to measure the space. Delifika- got the other ones, the funny thing is if it is in the Collection, there are numerous items with the same name. The same goes for the furniture. The meatballs are now $14.99, which I believe are due to the current administration's tarriffs. Used to get them, when they were $8.99. That was a long time ago. Update: I've used the Foljsam baking dish for our air-fryer, and it worked out perfectly. It is the right size, shape and depth for it.

IKEA used to be a go-to destination - busy, well-organized, and genuinely fun to browse. Lately,…read morethough, it feels like a shadow of its former self. The showroom feels noticeably empty, both in terms of foot traffic and staff presence. Though the upstairs display walk through areas look decent and recently rearranged/changed, it still feels empty. Where there used to be employees readily available on the floor, you're lucky to spot a few in certain areas. If you're coming in to return or exchange an item, you may casually stand around for a bit until staff comes from the back to tend to that area. Displays of merchandise feel like an afterthought compared to how carefully curated things once were i.e.: a cart full of items vs them being displayed and organized. The biggest disappointment? The cafe downstairs.. I've visited a few times recently and it's been closed or non-operational each time with kiosks showing an error screen or "CLOSED". It used to be a highlight of the whole trip - I'd always look forward to grabbing a little meatball sundae on the way and making an afternoon of it. Instead, I now find myself in a long long line waiting for one of four self-checkout stations to open up.. (the previously staffed registers are no longer a thing and other self-checkout lines are blocked off)..only to look over and see the cafe kiosk dark and unattended. It really takes the joy out of the visit. That said, there are still some redeeming qualities. The as-is section remains a solid find for deals, and apparently you can now shop it online - a nice touch. The space also has free WiFi, so if you're looking for a low-key study spot and the restaurant upstairs happens to be open, it could work for that. Overall, it feels like IKEA is operating with reduced resources, and it shows. I don't follow there business much so I'm not sure if they're struggling but hoping things turn around not only for the customers but for the staff too!

What made this experience so…read moredisappointing is that a major limitation was never clearly explained before I signed the contract. Throughout the entire sales process, Ivy (the salesperson) never informed us that we would need to separately hire a licensed plumber to reconnect the faucet, garbage disposal, drain, and water lines after the countertop was installed. We paid $1,300 in labor charges ($400 for demolition/removal of the old tile backsplash and $900 for countertop installation), only to be told by the technicians on installation day that they were not licensed to reconnect these items. We also purchased a new sink and faucet from the company as part of the project. However, the faucet could not even be installed because the hole cut into the countertop was too small for it to fit. This meant we were left with a brand-new faucet that could not be used until the countertop was modified. To make matters worse, the technicians damaged the wall while removing the old tile backsplash and told us they were not responsible for repairing the damage. After the incomplete installation, we contacted the company to express our concerns. Their response was simply that the countertop installation had been completed according to the agreed scope of work and the fee paid, and that plumbing and electrical work were not included. My biggest concern is not that plumbing work was excluded--it is that this was never clearly disclosed before we signed the contract. Had we been told in advance, we could have planned accordingly or chosen another installer. I also question the company's process. If the technicians are not licensed to reconnect the faucet, drain, garbage disposal, and water lines, how were they permitted to disconnect and remove those same components in the first place? If they were unable to complete the job, they should have made that clear before accepting the installation fee. In addition, if the company supplied the new faucet, why was the countertop hole cut too small for the faucet they sold us? I would have preferred to purchase only the countertop and hire my own installer rather than pay for an installation that left my kitchen unusable. I hope future customers carefully review the contract and ask detailed questions about exactly what the installation includes--and, more importantly, what it does not include. Don't assume the installation fee means your kitchen will be fully functional when the work is finished.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Lovesac for all your sofa arrangement needs…read more It's been about 10 years that I've owned my Lovesac modular sofa and I've recently changed the covers for them. I cannot tell you how beyond pleased I am with the new sofa covers and most of all the customer service for this specific order. I came into the store over the weekend early this year in June to check out the swatches because it was time for an upgrade. I was happy to find a unique fabric and color that was going to go well with my new decor. I ended up ordering a custom fabric and color that I was told upfront that once I placed my order, I will not be able to cancel it. I was in a little bit of a rush to make a decision because they had a sale on covers and in my hurried-ness I ended up picking a color that I was already regretting. So the next day after having placed my order the night before, I came into the store and explained to the manager what happened. What I love about my interaction with the manager is that she heard me out and she really did her very best to accommodate me. And she also explained that if she could not intercept the order in time, it wasn't because she didn't try. It's because the people who place orders are about three hours ahead of us. I totally understood and I said I just appreciate that you're even trying to intercept this order before it goes through. While loan and behold the very next day, I get a call from her and she said that she was able to intercept the order cancel it and then I gave her the correct color that I wanted. Normally, and this is not something that they have to do for a customer and I appreciated that they went out of their way to actually help me. Do my grand total for a new set of covers for my Lovesac sofa and pillows and 2 extra arms, 13 pieces total came to a little over $1,500 with their sale. I personally think this was a good deal because normally I would be paying anywhere from $2000-$2500 and normally it would be more expensive considering they are custom. Overall, I am extremely happy with the customer service from the manager, I think her name is Diane and the sales guy Max. They both went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my new covers and helping me with my error concerning the order. I don't think anyone would've gone out on the limb like they did for me and I really appreciate it! This level of customer service is actually very rare and I am so glad that I've purchased Lovesac because I can change out the covers whenever I want. It's almost like getting a brand new couch at a fraction of the price. Also, if you're considering Lovesac as an investment piece I highly recommend it. I've had my Lovesac modular sofa for a little over 10 years now and it's still intact. And I'm surprised with the amount of usage the covers have gotten, that the fabric has also stayed intact and there are no rips or holes at all. There has been zero damage to my couches and the fabric and I've moved them now four times and out of state too! I seriously can't believe that they've lasted this long and I think I must've paid a little over $10K over the course of 6 years, not including this recent purchase. All I can say is that it is totally worth it and yes, at first you need to put extra time into assembling the sofa but once it's done, you don't have to do it again unless you want a different configuration. Also, I have never washed the covers on my Lovsac even after moving a lot because it's a huge task I don't want to do so that's also something to consider before you make such a large purchase. Overall, I think I am a Lovesac customer for life or as long as they stay in business. I absolutely love everything about Lovesac and I highly recommend their products!
