We purchased an expensive car cover which was to be kept on the car except for while it was being run. It disappeared and they said we never provided it. It was actually being used on someone else's vehicle. After over a year they "found" the cover, but it was not the one we purchased that actually FIT our car. The replacement did not fit our 18' vintage car. In the meantime, the monthly fee went up and up. They finally wore us out. It was not longer worth the monthly fee to have just a roof over it. No other services they promised. We would never refer anyone to this facility.
