I have read the reviews. I both agree and disagree with some of the points made. I believe they do a good job at a fair price. I would have to mention, they are not timely so if you have a tight schedule, this service will not work for you. he does ghost you which makes you feel suspect of his service in general. I had him perform three different services on my RV and on each service he never showed up on time and typically did not send a text until hours later I do feel the services that I had him perform were done well. It is unfortunate that he is not organized or timely, and therefore gets poor reviews.. read more

Finally! An RV service that was able to sort out all of my problems! I have been trying to get the wiring fixed for quite some time. The lights were not working properly and the wiring on my car was not quite right. He was able to fix it all. He also installed a brake controller so that I could stop the trailer safely. He did fast work, showed up when he scheduled, met his estimate and all with a smile. I recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their RV. read more

I had several issues that I needed to be addressed starting with a propane heater that was squealing loudly after running for awhile. Generator that wouldn't stay on. Headlights that I wanted replaced to LED because the original OEMs were crap. The shower faucet not working correctly. He fixed them all in a couple of visits after he got some parts. The total cost was less than the estimate another RV tech gave me regarding the propane heater because he was going to replace the whole thing not just the motor which I had already purchased. The communication was good overall but what I really care about is someone who can get things done and he did it. read more

Used Reed's in the past. Tried to use him again. Had an appt. set. He was a NO SHOW and then "ghosted" us, not returning texts or phone messages. I think something happened to him between our great service and NO service and/or return texts or messages. TOO bad...we liked him and his skills. read more

We had an appointment with Geoff for over a month, for him to help get a faulty slideout retracted so we could move our RV to a repair facility. An appointment had been made with the heavily-booked RV repair shop, and we had also arranged to borrow another RV to live in while ours was away for repairs. I checked with everyone, including Geoff, to make sure all a "go" in the last few days. On the Thursday before the Monday of our appointment with Geoff, I contacted him and he responded via text message, "Hey yes sir we are still on for monday!" On Monday, we had the alternate RV onsite, ready to move into place. We had the RV to be repaired all buttoned up and ready to move out, except for the faulty slideout for which we needed Geoff. The RV repair shop was ready, confirmed, and expecting our arrival. Geoff didn't show up. Then, he ghosted us. No response to two text messages, twelve voice-mails, two emails, and one message through the "Contact me" page on his website. So, we had to cancel the repair appointment with the RV repair shop, and return the other RV. Hours later, Geoff finally responds via text message, "Hey so sorry I can either reschedule for later on today or for tomorrow? Sorry been sick last couple days". No, Geoff. If you're able to work later in the day, or the next day, then you could have responded to one of our text messages, voicemails, emails, and whatnot. It's not as if one is too sick to type. On a side-note, when we had met Geoff a month earlier, planning this operation, he was constantly responding to calls and text messages on his phone while talking to us, so we knew he was getting our messages. He chose not to respond, never mind making any effort to notify us as soon as he knew he was not going to make the appointment. I get "sick" suddenly as well. We all do. Everybody does. It is not unusual. But if people depend on me, especially customers, I notify them. If I neglect to notify them, then I respond when they contact me, and I apologize sincerely, not casually. It is simply what responsible professionals do. Otherwise, customers disappear. Geoff's reaction was defensive and dismissive, to make the rest of the story short. No hint of the promise of "100% customer satisfaction". The RV repair facility had been cancelled because they were waiting for us, because we had no idea where Geoff was. They had heard of him too, and they were not surprised. Seeing other Yelp reviews about his no-shows and ghosting prove the point. Life is too short to trust anyone who disrespects customers. I've already booked another mobile RV repair team, and the RV repair facility agreed to reschedule. Life moves on. Goodbye Geoff. read more

Absolutely do not hire this scam artist, though "artist" is way too generous. I hired Jeff to come out and perform some basic work during winter of 2022/2023, and it took him MONTHS to gather the parts and do the work. All I needed was a bearing re-grease, and some other extremely basic repairs like a trailer brake break-away switch replacement and somehow it took almost 4 or 5 months for him to complete. He said, "parts were delivered to the wrong address" like 5 different times, he constantly over charged labor hours for the work he did and I kept having to pay out of pocket what warranty wouldn't cover because I didn't know any better. To add to this, this idiot would get out of his absolute mess of a van that I would watch him actively lose stuff in because of how filthy it was, and he would drop his weed that was on his lap in front of me. A complete mess all around. Fast forward about 6 months to July, and both my gray tank and black tank developed a leak. I called about 12 different companies, but everyone was booked out for months, so, like an idiot, even though I said I wouldn't, I called Reed's again. What a mistake. This POS led me on for about 3 months before he just went completely unresponsive. He would show up in a tank top with some old dude, a puppy, and fishing gear on his way to go fishing to "repair" my stuff, but would NOTORIOUSLY have the wrong parts. I sent him exact part numbers of the things we needed and he would still somehow get it wrong (WHICH HE SHOULD ALREADY BE DOING, HE SHOULDN'T NEED ME TO BABYSIT HIM!). He said he ordered the tanks for our RV in September FINALLY, then would never update us. I would send him a text once per week asking for an update, sometimes I'd have to text him 3 or 4 times before he'd respond days later to let me know that for whatever reason the parts still weren't on the way. Then he went completely unresponsive for weeks until I finally called another company (PNW Mobile RV) who was able to get all the work I needed done within three weeks from the day I called them... Two tanks, a thermostat, and a jack repair, all done within three weeks. Yet, Jeff couldn't seem to even get a basic effing thermostat replaced after 4 months. I want to add that the warranty company said they would pay him 8 hours labor for the two tank replacements, but he said he would require 12 for the work, and anything over warranty, I'd have to pay out of pocket. The warranty company, who has always been fantastic to work with, assured me that 12 was a gross overcharge and that they confirmed with two other companies who quoted 6 hours. Fast forward to my tanks being replaced and it only took 2 HOURS. To top it all off, he doesn't bother to even write anything down, make a list, or be organized in the slightest. I would text him a detailed list almost weekly to confirm the part numbers, parts, etc. so that he wouldn't forget, but somehow, he always still did. One day when he was working here, he was talking about his girlfriend leaving him and taking him to court for DV charges and all this other crap. He said that she was his parts person and that's why everything is such a mess. The guy is so unprofessional it's insane. He would request that I do stuff like remove the belly of the camper for him so he didn't have to. One time the warranty company wanted pictures of the damage to the tanks, so instead of Jeff driving his lazy ass up here, what did he do? He asked me to take everything apart and take the pictures, so, like an idiot, I did, despite the warranty company telling me absolutely not to and that he was already being paid to do this work. This guy is such a clown, please do not waste your time hiring him, call PNW Mobile RV, or any other company for that matter. He still owes me hundreds from my initial deposit that I gave him for the work and of course will not respond. read more

Stay as far away from this guy as you can. He requested I pay in advance for materials to repair the A/C on my RV, which I did, over $400. He never completed the work and now will not respond to my texts, emails or phone calls. This is not a trustworthy person. I have filed a complaint with BBB. read more

Called him out for trailer brake issues. My opinion is that he was not well prepared or equipped for this issue. I will say that he was very responsive to my request for help, so for other issues he might be fine. He was amiable and tolerant of my frustration. Because I rarely have others fix things on my farm, I can be a difficult customer. He did help steer me in the right direction, and because of my obvious dissatisfaction only charged me for the service call. Unresponsive, and a no show. I used Reed's last summer, and he was great. Flash forward to this year. I booked an appointment for a fairly simple slide repair. I already diagnosed the issue, just needed him to switch out the motor. I called the night before, and morning of appointment. Never got a response, and he did not show for the appointment. So if you are looking for someone reliable don't count on them. I have sent an email, but not really hopeful he will reply. Needed 5th wheel inspection and fixes for anything found and had left messages at 5 different businesses without a single return call. I found Reeds and left a message which was promptly returned that same pm with appt scheduled for the following week. What a gem this young man is! very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and his work ethic cannot be topped. His initial quote for services was very reasonable and the final bill was a very pleasant surprise ( $250 less) due to his diligence in finding problem, fixing it, and moving along very quickly. I am very pleased with the workmanship, integrity, honesty and professionalism of Mr. Geoff Reed. Will recommend him to everyone and keep his info for my personal use also. read more
