He partnered with Coldwell Banker (another scam), and we hired him to do some work on our crawlspace, and to also paint the inside of our house. He not only DID NOT do the work in our crawlspace that he was supposed to do, but he charged us $700 more because he said that there was so much more wrong with it than he originally thought. When we got inspections done, it was always flagged for the crawlspace. Also, everytime he would contact us he would always claim that there was a new problem that he found with the house, and that it would be a lot of money to fix. He told us we needed a completely new roof (we didn't even contract him to look at the roof.) He then said it would cost $6,000 to do what's called a layover. Well, my ex and I reluctantly agreed at first for him to do that, until a few days later when he then said it would be $8,500 and then lied and said he never told me $6,000. I can not express how much I hate this person. He is the biggest crook in the treasure valley, and I can only pray I see him again one day to tell him to his face. He threatened to put a mechanics lien on our house if we didn't pay him an extra $1,000 for what he called lost time. Trust me, this guy is bad news. He is a thief. He has no morals, no education (his emails look like a 3rd grader is writing them), no values, is dishonest, and is completely rude. I mentioned to meet with the homeowners as well as the framer to make sure everything was good. The pillars were supposed to be at 42' and they installed them at 41'. The prints clearly state 42'. After we let him know about the mistake he was unwilling to work with us. He requested another $2,000 even though it was their mistake. The total job should have cost $500 per post at most. We spent over $3,200. And the workmanship was sloppy. Concrete spilt everywhere. Would not trust them if something goes wrong. Will not man up and take care of their mistakes.
