I did pelvic floor PT after giving birth and experienced how big a difference that made, so with some new issues that's bothering me for a while I decided to give it another try. It was the best thing I did for myself this year. Emily fixed the muscles that are not in good shape, helped me get into good stretching routines and suggested how to modify my home office set up to avoid the problem in the future (we thought the cause was bad sitting posture from working from home....). All that's to say with 2 months of work I'm in a good shape in a sustainable way and that makes me so happy. Emily has such a calm and warm manner, I always found my visits relaxing and recharging. Aaron at the front desk is very friendly and easy to work with. They also only have 3 therapists that don't work at the same time, so the facility was never so busy as some other PT facilities I've been to. Maybe the only thing to note is their hours vary from day to day (very friendly to working ppl). So if nobody answers the phone, maybe try a different time. Pelvic floor issues are so easily overlooked yet they impact the body so much. Everyone deserves a good pelvic floor therapist!

They truly listen to what your pain and needs are, individualize and progress your program as you see improvement, and help you structure safe workouts outside of the office. I have been dealing with chronic pain, sciatica, numbness, and tingling from a herniated disc and stenosis for over a year and a half, and I am finally making significant progress. The manual tissue massages and dry needling are incredibly helpful. I was on the verge of getting surgery, but now I am confident I don't need it. Instead, he takes the time to listen to you and tailors a recovery program suited to your needs. The one on one care on site and accessibility was genuine and helped me understand my recovery and previous setbacks. I am amazed more PT clinics don't operate this way- I think there would be a lot less of us in PT then. Booking: First appointment made over phone and subsequent ones made on site and they accept most insurance. Parking: Ample parking in lot. The therapy providers--Vanya, and Cole--are incredibly motivating. Their positive energy creates a relaxed environment, which makes the entire treatment process feel much more manageable. Vanya was my primary therapist, and her care was both thoughtful and consistent.
