With great trepidation and intimidation I showed up for class, not at all looking forward to anyone watching me work out. I was immediately hooked. Not only was class incredibly accessible for my ability level, I felt like I was crushing it (I'm sure I wasn't, but Victoria certainly made me feel like I was!) Within one season long session, I decided to sign up for three classes a week - class is so much fun! Victoria is constantly coming up with clever new ideas of themes and games which make class interesting. She has one of those personalities where she makes you feel like you've been friends for 20 years. Victoria is also fantastic at providing different levels and variations of exercises to accommodate all levels of ability and anyone with an injury. I've never stuck with working out (and I've tried lots of different things), but I enjoy Victoria's enthusiasm and experience, and I am here to stay. While there is never a 'goal' outside of getting moving and becoming stronger, I am beyond pleased with my progress and how I feel. I 1000% recommend Victoria without reservation.

After I informed them that I did not have a problem with over eating, and did not need to take appetite suppressant medication; they were not willing to downgrade my program. I spent $900 for 10 pounds of weight loss because as the manager stated, "there's nothing I can do". Perhaps if someone is in need of getting support to lose more weight I would recommend, but in my case I did not feel like the services I received were worth the amount I paid.

Both times, as soon as I arrive and check in, two nurses rush me to the back, they are asking questions, one is putting in the IV and the other is checking my blood pressure. My blood pressure was elevated both times. My most recent visit, she also took my bp over my hoodie sleeve and the first thing she says is, "You're going to need to get on meds." What "nurse" isn't aware of how blood pressure work? I just walked blocks, you didn't let me sit, you're talking to me, the cuff isn't on my arm it's on a sweater and you think my readings wouldn't be elevated? Also, how can 1 or 2 readings determine medication? Giving unsolicited medical advice to a stranger whose medical history you know nothing about is condescending. She could've simply said your reading is high, follow up with your doctor. On another note, the clinic is clean, beautiful, comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly. The first time I felt like the IV helped me a lot. This last time I didn't feel any benefits.

I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver's license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.
