I recently had experience with their physical therapy services over the past few months due to some substantial ankle and heel issues, both pre and post surgical. I gained more knowledge about my ankle / heel from them than I did my own doctors. The appointments, while tough, certainly did benefit me. They are also extremely helpful in also providing you exercises for home and even some that I could do while I work. Love the overall atmosphere and contrary to the fellow below, I have noticed teenagers and younger people just as much as older individuals. Just started here and already the experience has been so much more impressive than any other experience I've had with gyms thus far. It's more than being thrust into a workout or training, but they actually take the time to get to know you, your body, and your lifestyle before you even begin. I learned a great deal about myself just through the intake process alone. The trainers and the rest of the team are knowledgeable and work closely with you as you get started and as you make your way through your personal program. My only complaint ... I wish I had found them sooner! I had no idea they existed until I "accidently" came across them while driving by. I think it would benefit them to develop some social media marketing and better SEO as they didn't come up in any of my recent searches for gyms. Attended a couple of their Saturday morning Zumba classes, and I really liked it! The instructor was friendly and motivating. The class itself was all I expected out of Zumba, it really kicks your butt! and the classes are super cheap, $5 drop in fee, and even cheaper if you buy a bulk punch card. Unfortunately I'm not staying with this facility for a couple reasons, the main one being that they aren't a full fitness center, which is OK since their main business is physical therapy. The cardio area is small, sort of just in the middle of their main room. No mirrors, which I found to be a disadvantage since I was still learning the dance moves and like to watch myself. I think its nice they offer fitness classes for their therapy patients, but my family and I are moving to a full - range gym. Ps. their bathroom/lockerroom was perfectly clean and modern, so that was a plus :) read more

I suggest if your doctor recommends you go here for physical therapy, you be your own advocate. I was misdiagnosed with hip bursitis and kept telling the therapist I was not feeling better. Though there was some improvement, I would have back slides. I was told I wasn't moving around enough. Again, tired to express that physical activity made my pain increase, but was treated with sarcasm. As it turns out, I had a herniated disc and had to take an ambulance to the hospital and have surgery. If something isn't right, go back to the doctor. You won't be listened to here. read more

Recovery from ankle stabilization surgery. Not impressed. My Dr recommended them and they have all the appropriate certifications. Nice facility (almost to nice), very polite people. The Dr had worked with them before and was confident they would not harm me. They (despite a note from the Dr asking for them to be more aggressive) were not very helpful. At 47 and very active (I teach and study Tae Kwon Do 5 days a week) I was by far the youngest patient in the place. Most of the folks were retired folks getting in shape. This is what they are geared towards. If that is what I had needed Im sure I would have been happy. I felt some of what they had me do was just filler to fill my 40 min appt. One of the therapists kept looking at the clock and it was apparent she did not listen to what I said. Frustrating. Im sure they are fine for less active folks but they did not work for me. Also the billing department is somewhat confused. This is my 3rd physical therapist (the ones before were for severe ankle sprains before the surgery). I am now with Elen Barnet at swedish cherry hill and what a difference! I hurt a new way everytime and am making great progress. She is innovative and a master of her craft. Also I have used Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy in renton. While not in Ellen's class they are aimed to a more active group and will push you if you ask for it. The worst Physical Therapy place ever !!!! They do not do what is best for the client , they just care about getting you on the books for another appointment. I had a back injury that made it almost impossible to move. I had a total of 3 visits less than 30 minutes each . I was unable to move so the therapist would sit me on a heating pad / ice to help with the pain . Then I get a bill for 400.00 I called and complained with management an got no resolution. We fast forward to 4 months later I get served with court papers for this bill. They have now added attorney fees to make the total now 700.00 !!! I called the collection company to see why no one contacted me and of course Pinnacle gave them the wrong phone number for me. I would never go back to a place like this just a money hungry place that doesn't value people. I also have full medical coverage and still owed this much money after. I'm still waiting on a call to be returned by management. read more

I have gone to Pinnacle for post-op physical therapy on both shoulders over the past 2 1/2 years and they have done an outstanding job. They are friendly, take the time to answer any questions and spend more hands-on time than other clinics I have been to in the past. They have consulted with my doctor, planned my care accordingly and I am ahead of schedule to get back on the golf course. And Anne is a superstar! read more

Pinnacle Medical Wellness has helped me in numerous ways. Not only do they have the state of art gym facilities, their physical therapy people are awesome. You feel like they really do care, I went for some back and arm therapy. Their capabilities with the equipment they have is endless. I attend regularly for massage even though my insurance doesn't cover it their prices are reasonable and service is great. I love the fact that they monitor you very carefully and also have nutritional services. Every service that I have used has helped me tremendously.
