Lots of equipment and a good selection of kettle bells. It can get busy at peak times. Convenient hours especially on weekdays. Parking lot can get busy.

They have a water slide that they allow younger children to go with adults on and it's quite fast. There's a hot tub area, a lab pool area, as well as a climbing wall in the swimming area for older children. They also have a steam room and a sauna. Changing area looks like it was done relatively recently. It's quite nice. They have men's room, a women's locker room and a communal room which is perfect for families with small children. If Keystone or Breckenridge area I would definitely be checking that out again.

I'd highly recommend coming on a weekday or off peak time when you can get more slides down. I can't even imagine what it'd have been like on a peak time weekend. It takes awhile to wait in line to go down and going back up the conveyor (that you can't move or walk on, you just stand and let it go at its own speed). Really fun time and not too death defying!! Pretty views too, obviously.

I am very happy that we have 2 large green recycle bins here between out fire station and our town hall offices. However it is full most of the time and needs dealt with regularly. This year was the 1st year Dillon hosted the Ice Castles. I have heard it was a success! We also have Keystone, A-Basin, a golf course, Dillon Marina, sone restaurants, a post office, great bike paths, tennis courts, a baseball field, a shooting range, a dump, Dillon Reservoir, and of course OUR GEM....Dillon Ampitheatre. There is much controversy on the plans under way for upgrades but one thing is for certain....its a "mini Red Rocks" to me. The outdoor sound is beautiful. It is like no other and worth the other frustration one might deal with. For me; I tolerate the high cost of living, the tourists, the lack of manners, the lack of parking etc etc...all to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains with Dillon Reservoir as a back drop. But the sauna, steam room and locker room hot tubs are not acceptably maintained. The hot tubs in locker rooms have been out of service for 5+ years. The sauna doesn't get hot and has no rocks in the heating element. You also cannot pour water on anything to get it hotter. It's basically not functional. Who wants a sauna with no rocks and one that you can't make hotter by pouring water on the rocks? It worked properly about 20 years ago and was in better shape 30 years ago. The steam room has a somewhat updated facade but needs an updated steaming system. Honestly 3 stars would be fair but since I love this place so much I couldn't go that low.

My 6-year-old daughter and I were immediately yelled at by an older woman that got out of her green truck/SUV, immediately asserted that I was stupid/illiterate for not reading the signs we never saw (were not posted in the direction we came from). She immediately threatened to call the police and took out her phone before I could even respond that I'd be happy to move, it was an honest mistake. This equestrian center could easily make some money on parking but instead chooses to be rude/threatening and combative. Welcome to Breckenridge??? Me thinks not. If this is city-owned, I'll be making a formal complaint.
