We have two small children, still in diapers, and the family changing room is either filled with single people showering or beyond filthy. We pulled the changing table down one day to discover mouse droppings on it. When I informed the front desk, i was told there's nothing they could do about it as they were understaffed. This was the same response when I mentioned waiting 10 minutes for a shower with my kids when they are clearly being used by those without children. The hot tub has been closed numerous times in the past 6 months and when I called recently to ask before we visited the Pool, another stellar response was "It's open now, but knowing your luck it will be closed by the time you get here." The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the Pool is ideal for my younger children and the lifeguards are always very kind to them. We're pretty disappointed to say the least about the front desk staff as well as family changing room and will start visiting and spending our money at another facility.

They have a lot of great facilities, weight room, cardio available just lots of stuff. They have this cool, gymnastics area. It's really fun to watch. The cool thing about it is there's a water park available and a swimming pool. The hot tub is really big. They had the cutest little recreational river. It's really small, but it's really relaxing. I saw they had a rock climbing wall as well, and it went pretty high. Amenities are pretty good. Locker room could be a bit cleaner, but it was cool that it was available and they had two different size lockers available as well. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Recommend if you're in the area and you need a gym. Or a fun time with the kids.

Dillon Reservoir, sometimes referred to as Lake Dillon, is located in Summit County, Colorado, south of I-70 and bordered by the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon. It is a reservoir for the city of Denver, and its waters are under the control of Denver Water. Popular ski areas are close to the reservoir, including Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Breckenridge. During the winter months, ice fishing and snowmobiling are common activities. For warmer months, the towns of Dillon and Frisco each have marinas on the reservoir. The Dillon Marina is open pretty much during the season and hundreds of sailboats can be seen docked or sailing. Due to Dillon Reservoir's proximity to the towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco, the lake has many lodging, camping, and RV facilities. The reservoir has a popular 18 miles paved bike path that winds around the entire reservoir. The path can be accessed at any point around the reservoir. It can be a good deal if you also do classes such as yoga in addition to regular gym workouts. Also good deal if you use the pool. Some of the yoga classes are great and on par with local studios. However, some classes are also very slow and not very great exercise. It's hard to know what to expect as instructors change up often and class descriptions are vague .Very clean facilities. Lots of equipment and a good selection of kettle bells. It can get busy at peak times. Convenient hours especially on weekdays. Parking lot can get busy.

They have a water slide that they allow younger children to go with adults on and it's quite fast. There's a hot tub area, a lab pool area, as well as a climbing wall in the swimming area for older children. They also have a steam room and a sauna. Changing area looks like it was done relatively recently. It's quite nice. They have men's room, a women's locker room and a communal room which is perfect for families with small children. If Keystone or Breckenridge area I would definitely be checking that out again.

That was my first impression of the place and will prevent me from ever coming back. One staff member was nice but the other one was constantly disparaging the original hill next door. Plus there is a future development poster inside. We need more mom and pop, not more corporate culture and certainly less development in Colorado. They don't sell actual food, just snacks. They have a rack of equipment. Helmets are mandatory for minors. There is a line to go up now and it's fairly long which means less sliding. The only thing this place has is snowmaking and it's been a dry winter.

We had such an amazing time white water rafting with Liquid Descent! Our guide, Kayla, was…read morefantastic. She made us feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning, and gave clear instructions so we always knew what to do. She tailored our ride to how "spicy" we wanted to make it, so since it was our first time rafting, that made us feel great. The trip was the perfect level of excitement for us as beginners. It was fun, thrilling, and adventurous without ever feeling overwhelming. My sons, ages 10 and 13, had an absolute blast and want to plan another trip back. We even got to see a bald eagle along the river, it was phenomenal. The weather was perfect, and the whole experience was incredibly well organized. It's also just under two hours from Denver, making it a great day trip. We really appreciated the free parking, and they kept our car keys safely in the office while we were out on the river. We felt completely comfortable leaving everything else locked in our car. We couldn't have asked for a better first rafting experience. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially families and first-time rafters. Definitely opt for the photo package too - the pictures we received were stunning and memorable.
