I have paid for a box twice. I do not get a ton of mail, but I noticed and reported someone else's mail in my box. It was shrugged off as an "accident," and he needed to train his son. I am NEVER coming here again for ANYTHING. My package was NEVER delivered. Spoke with UPS & they claim package was never picked up and that they only created label (As shown in delivery notifications). I've been back and forth with UPS & this establishment, but you're more likely to get a hold of UPS than these guys. They almost never answer their phones, no matter what time it is. I've came in and spoke with them about situation and all I got was "Come back next week" SMFH. Horrible customer service and the fact that they won't take responsibility or refund me is ridiculous. went to drop off a UPS package with the return label on it the man behind the counter said since he didn't print the return label he refused to give me a receipT. he started to walk away with my package without scanning it I told him to give me back my package if he wasn't giving me a receipt as far as I'm concerned I have always gotten a receipt how would I prove that I dropped it off? as far as I know that man could keep my package and I would not have any proof that I dropped it off. I went to a different UPS Store they had no problem giving me a receipt and they also said that's my proof I dropped it off. I came to do a fingerprint screening on company time. I had an appointment, walked in and NO ONE ever came out until 20-25 minutes after. I thought there was no one in the building & I assumed the fingerprint screening was a self assessment on the computer. So I attempted to login, I called the help # provided on the login page after not being able to login (obviously) and I got nowhere. After those 20-25 minutes, blonde girl worker comes out, takes her headphones off & asks if I had an appointment.. Clearly she wasn't paying attention and had her music blasting. Came back 20min later and was BERATED for asking about the sign stating they open at 9:00am. It pains me to write this review. I've been a long time customer of this spot because of Sherry but after today, I will not be returning at all. From the moment I walked in you could tell that the girl at the counter didn't want to be there. The answers that I got from her felt forced and heavy with sarcasm. She had the audacity to go back and forth with me when I asked her why it was going to be over $30 to ship out a small box and an envelope. The other girl working there stood in shock and this teenager rolled her eyes at me and argued back. I asked to speak to the manager on duty, a lady came out from the back office and said she was the paralegal. She apologized for her behavior but then tried to justify her actions by saying it was her 1st job and that she was a teenager. I paid, I left, and won't be back. Hey look, if working with people face to face isn't your thing, don't do it. Find a job where you can be in the back/ stockroom. Historically I've had no problem with this business, they offer usable services and everyone is typically normal and helpful but Alfonso is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to verify a sending address on a package and was told he used one on file as he tossed my package behind him. I'm sorry but it quite normal to verify package/delivery pricing and delivery addresses. Alfonso rudely said "you must behaving a bad day". My day was fine until my interaction with his man. He was unnecessarily snarky and he also had a movie blaring on his computer during 3 transactions with other customers. Maybe pause your movie next time. read more

I am a mobile notary and loan signing agent. I frequently have to ship documents to title companies. Every time I drop off a package I get a shipping receipt, it's standard of practice for everyone in my field. Today when I went to drop off the package they tried to charge me for the receipt. I have been to many different shipping centers and no one has ever tried to hold my shipping receipt hostage for money. I took my documents and went to a different store. This franchise has changed hands several times since I moved here (close to five years ago). Until recently it was extremely well run, and the service was impeccable. Then a man and woman took over (I believe husband and wife), and it went downhill rapidly. There were many complaints made against their service, and another franchisee tool over. I went in last week and was shocked to see the husband of the (what I thought was) former franchise working. The place was dirty, the center counter had been taken out, and services were minimal. I had to go again today to mail a package, as the address was a POB, and UPS does not deliver to POB's. I walked in the door with a package in my hand, only to realize that I had not put my mask on. The young lady working behind the counter rushed out to take the package, which left me with both hands to put my mask on. Yes, this was my mistake, but the gentleman in charge did what he always does - he made a big deal out of it, yelled at me to stop, then once I had my mask on and started moving forward, he yelled at me again. He kept after me in a loud voice for several minutes, then he went in back and let his clerk do her work. She was a nice young lady, and easy to work with. I do not recommend using this mailing center. I do UPS whenever I can, and will be finding another center when I have to send to POB's. This man has a history of working slowly, packaging badly, not knowing what he is doing, and bullying people. He does not represent this franchise well. He did tell a story of having a patron come in without a mask on, with an inspector right behind him/her. (No, the individuals were not together, they arrived separately.) He did get written up for that. But did I need to hear about this ad nauseum, when I already admitted that I had forgotten to put my mask on? read more

I come here whenever I need to mail anything out because I like supporting small local businesses. I usually have great customer service by the owner or possible manager. She's fantastic and tries to save me money with my packages. Today there was a gentleman in front of me and it took 3 employees to help him. I was in there for about 10 minutes before he left. At that point I was acknowledged and asked if I could be helped. I said yes and moved forward to the desk. The young girl said it would be a minute because she was still wrapping up the previous guys package. Its interesting that she would rather finish wrapping a package instead of helping the next customer. She makes her way over to me and I tell her I need to send a package to arrive on Monday the 11th. She tells me it will be $147. I repeat the price and she confirms. She then offers me priority mailing which would be $11.95 and it would arrive by Monday the 11th. Not sure what got lost in translation there. All the pages were out of order. He copied them using a fax machine. All the pages were out of order and he told me that I should be able to put all of the pages back in order. It was my problem. He had an attitude and then he wanted to charge me $38 which he said was .50 cents a page! I refused. I told him I never have been changed that much per a page. He became even ruder. Located on the corner of Warm Springs and Stephanie, kitty corner across from the DMV. They offer all the services you can imagine for a mail and copy center. The lady who helped me was very nice and friendly. 2-day package delivery for $18 seemed like a better price than the last time I used the UPS store. They do UPS, USPS, and Fed-Ex, and probably DHL as well. I think I will use this place over the UPS stores. read more

I was charged more than twice the federal rate for USPS postage. Spent almost $130 on what should have been less than a $50 mailing. I wasn't told what the rate would be until after she was done. Apparently they charge a $1.00 fee for every USPS item, even if they're just envelopes. Unfortunately will not be going back. Working for a small business I totally get the need to make a living, but that was ridiculous and who can afford to pay so much for stamps?! Terrible service. The individual who does fingerprinting obviously doesn't know what he's doing. He uses windex to wipe down the scanner and if he was smart enough would have known that windex with ammonia can ruin any type of electronics. He doesn't have the glycerin spray provided by the company to be able to capture fingerprints and shoot he decided to use windex too on my fingers. What a MORON! He is very rude, degrading and disrespectful. And after 45 minutes of piss poor attempts, I have to get my fingerprints redone. Go to Centurion Insurance location. 2020,10/12 If you or your Family are thinking about doing business with this place then you came to the wrong place. RUDE individual at the counter CLAIMING to be the owners son. For more than 3 months now I have been at it back and forth over the payment of my box. They can't seem to get it straight and have started a campaign to harass me while I am out of town and busy trying to get things done. I came at the end of August to pay for my box and the Owner himself, asked me to wait until AFTER the 1st of September to pay because he did not know if he would stay in business or not, says he was waiting on an investor that came in to save the business. So come September, I was out of town and I called them specifically to tell them I was coming in a couple days after and they again asked me to wait. Next, I went back there mid September to find out what was going on and to check my box. They were open and I waited in line behind 1 woman they were having a discussion with for over 20 minutes. Finally I asked the Owner who was standing there if someone could help out since I was now on a time constraint. Turns out the customer in front of me was just there to visit and talk....???? Really? Okay, I give them my box number and my name and hand them my card, they put the card in the reader and now, out of nowhere, they don't take my card because they don't have PIN set up on the machine. They tell me I got to get cash. I told them I didn't have time now that I wasted over 20 minutes, that I would be back in the morning. They said OKAY see ya tomorrow. Saturday morning I go back and they are CLOSED. I called them and left a message that they could have at least told me not to waste a trip out, which is out of the way for me. I was livid at this point, nothing but a fiasco, and it gets better! Following Monday I go back with cash and the girl behind the counter was very nice and apologized for the mix-up. I paid, she gave me a receipt, we talked for a few minutes, I left. Not even a week goes by I went to check my box for mail that was very important regarding my health insurance they claimed had been mailed out and should have been delivered, I get there and no mail!? Outpost was closed, I went back 2 more times within 3 days, still no mail. So I check my wallet for the paid cash receipt that girl gave me and wouldn't you know it, she wrote the receipt for the party NEXT to my box! So I immediately called them the next day and I get this jerk kid on the phone claiming to be the Owners son, I explained the situation to him and the whole time I'm explaining he's interrupting me telling me I cant do this over the phone I have to come in because he doesn't have the receipt booklet?? I told him I have already wasted trip after trip and all I wanted him to do was grab a pen and take the receipt number down and the name on the receipt with the box number and he could straighten it up there without me. I don't have time to just drop it all and go there. I was told I didn't know what I talking about, that's not how they do business, and that my mail would continue to be withheld until I came in and paid for my box! TOTALLY ILLEGAL! He was practically lecturing me and raising his voice with me. So I decided to call back and try to get the girl on the phone and weirdly enough, she was actually calling me at the same time, I answered and began telling her this exact story and suddenly she says, "OMG I remember you and I am so sorry this has happened, I am going to straighten this out immediately". Before we hung up, she asked me to make mention to the owner himself regarding his son and the attitude he has as there have been MANY complaints about him being a rude SOB! But wait, gets better, come Saturday October 10th, I get a call, a very rude call, early Saturday morning from an UNKNOWN number claiming to be from the OUTPOST telling me I better come in and pay for my box and to call this WHOMEVER back immediately!? Really? They want me to call an unknown number? Unreal. So I called the Outpost number only to find out they are closed Saturday and Sunday, AGAIN! Now, today, I called them around 9:30am and I get the Owners son on the phone and I immediately ask for the girl that had told me this was straightened out, he tells me she's not in, so I tell him who I am again and the box number and I tell him the girl that works there straightened this out ALL THE WHILE HES TRYING TO INTERUPT ME!! I told him that's it. We are done. I have 4900+ friends in the valley here on my FB list, mostly acquaintances I actually know from my business. We are a tight knit family and we stick together on POORLY run businesses in the Valley and help spread the news to stay FAR away! Today, there is no more customer service with these young punks running things. I have passed this place many times. I stopped by kne day to mail a package while my car was being serviced. This place is way cheaper than where I usually go. The nice lady behind the counter suggested different packaging that cut the price in half. In the end i paid less than half at the other business that I usually go to. The other place I frequent often NEVER have suggested cheaper alternatives to sending my packages. My package arrived at its destination sooner than I had expected.
