He said 'we are a full service' bike repair shop and we're open today so bring it in and we'll take a look at it. Upon arrival, I got a professional greeting and Joel gave me a realistic estimate of the cost and the time line for repairs. You got to like that level of service. Like most other shops in Carytown, you will be challenged to find parking. They have no dedicated lot so you'll walk 2 to 3 blocks to find street parking.

I told him I was traveling an hour to test drive it and he said come on in. When I got there the bike wasn't there. The person there, Max, told me it was the manager I had spoken to. He couldn't find him. He also didn't appear to try too hard. Max made it clear that he wasn't the source of the problem. He also made it clear he was not going to be the source of a solution. Max's only concern was that the issue didn't affect him. When I made my displeasure known, Max told me to leave. The only help he was willing to provide was to help me out the door. Worst. Customer.
