We put together the bike, but we couldn't get the hand break to connect properly. It looks like something was missing or it was too short. I can't describe it. I contacted the seller on Amazon to return the bike because it really pissed me off, but they offered to give me half of the cost back so that I could take it for a repair. So, I went here. I wish I bought the bike from this shop. The people were friendly and the cost of repair was extremely extremely extremely reasonable. Not even close to the half I was refunded. It didn't take much to fix. He rolled it right to the back, fixed it up and we were on our way. They even had the sweetest dog ever to greet you when you came in. I don't know if he was a shop dog or somebody else's dog that was just visiting, but it was a great surprise. I want my kid to have a better bike so this shop is definitely the first place I'll go to when I'm ready to buy another one. I believe it won't be cheap but what do I know?
