At first things started off good, but then as time went by repairs were not being completed. Our trailer was with them for several months during the height of the travel season. The quality of their work was subpar when they put our bench seating back together. To this day they still have not fixed our AC unit. They keep saying they submitted the required documentations to the manufacture. However, the manufacture is saying they didn't. The manufacture has even gone so far as sending them follow up emails, blank copies of requested docs and they even called. Marcy has not returned any of our calls. They still have our keys and said they would send them back to us. That was over a month ago. They aren't close to where we live otherwise it would have been easy to pop in and grab them. Do not use this company unless you want subpar work, lack of communication and lack of integrity. Where's the perfection as the name suggests??? Response back:If you would return a phone call this wouldn't have to play out on a public forum. We had additional work done outside of the warranty that was paid for right away. If you haven't got paid by the manufacture then that's your own fault for not submitting the documentations needed. We are not responsible for paying you on warranty work. That's not entitlement on our part, that's called lack of follow through on your end. I am actually the second owner on title so that's tells me your eyes site is as bad as your communication.

AAA rescues us. My brother, who really knows cars, recommends we take the car to Import Doctor. So we go, and a day and a half later, they replace the alternator. It ended up being a $450 repair job, which seems a bit high just for an alternator, and it took a full day and the next morning to finish the repair. BUT they did a good job. They explained the delay being due to there being no aftermarket alternator parts for the Ford Focus (typical for this make and model, there are many parts you can only get from Ford unfortunately). So I am giving them a good review based on my brother's endorsement mainly; I would have preferred a new alternator to cost more in the range of $350. If they could have held the cost down a bit I would have given them 4 stars.

We brought our Ford station wagon to Auto Import Doctor to get our dead battery replaced. They replaced our battery and then told us how we had all these other problems. Crap. Not what you want to hear. Specifically, they said we had broken coils (typical for Ford wagons) and something else that is escaping me at the moment. They quoted me some obscene price: 1200, maybe. Ack! So I decided to take it to Steve's, around the corner, for a second opinion. We specifically told them to look at the coils. They get back to us and let us know that there is NOTHING wrong. Okay. So here I am wondering if Auto Import Doctor is trying to rip us off or if Steve's is inept. gah. I get a recommendation for a 3rd place: a Meineke up on Main. We give them our story, they look at the coils -- completely rusted and broken! Even we could see. But the other stuff that Auto Import Doctor said was needing work was apparently fine. So as it turns out Auto Import Doctor was trying to rip us off AND Steve's was inept. Awesome! So we would not recommend either of these mechanics, and nor will we return.

We had it towed here to Colorado's Premier RV Service & Repair, and they were absolutely amazing!! They called us immediately the next day and were so friendly, they got with our insurance immediately, made it so easy to digitally sign paperwork, and then gave us their "expert" advice on what to do since the trailer is 20 years old. They operate from the highest integrity and fixed our trailer so it was safe to drive, and made recommendations on what to do next since they don't work on trailers that are over 20 years old. This is the second time I've needed them to take care of a relative small repair. We had someone…read morehit the back bumper and drive off. Our insurance company had us take it to their "approved" body shop an get an estimate. There estimate was several hundred dollars less than Colorado coach. Having worked at a dealership for over 50 years and did my own body work in my younger years as a hobby I'm very familiar with how difficult it is to paint a pearlescent tricoat bumper and have it match the body which is metal. When I went to the "approved" body shop I noticed there were almost no cars in their lot for repairs and I only saw a couple of employees in the shop. When I talked to the person writing the estimate I asked how long their painter had been with them and I was told two months that was a huge red flag. The painter at Colorado coach has been with them since they opened. Sean Robertson who wrote the estimate at Colorado coach said they do work with my insurance company. He did an amazing job getting my insurance company to cover their higher estimate and some expensive hidden damage. Which meant it took a little longer getting the car back than originally estimated. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a superior paint match and repair work to use them. PS. The receptionist has always been so very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with.

When it was done they parked it over the painted parking lines by 2 feet, and then were "embarrassed" to have to call and tell me that another customer had backed into the side of my car, causing significant damage. They had my car over a month and gave me no break on my original bill, despite having promised that they would after they admitted blame for the accident. In fact, they tried to charge me more. My friend also had her car hit in their lot when it was brought in for service. Extremely unethical.
