A $250 job MAX turns into a $1000+ job just off of their over priced labor and their multiple trips back and forth to your residence to try to run up a "service call" bill at $140 each. They are not transparent with prices no matter how much you ask them. Their labor is $180 an HOUR!! I even helped the old man out with the labor to make his job easier anything to make a buck in today's day and age I guess. I recommend rv doctor, roaming rv tech, or big guy mobile repair. Even if their prices are a little steeper, they get the job done the first time they come, and won't try to screw with you. Look at all the rest of the reviews of these people.

Stay away, Beware This has been an ongoing process with…read moreOutrig repairs. They have had my fifth wheel camper for approx. 1 1/2 years. The repairs were as follows: Roof replacement, awning replacement, j-wrap replacement and delamination. After the repairs were made they were completed improperly and had to be completed a second time. The roof was replaced twice. The awning was pulling away from the exterior wall after replacement which they said they repaired but I'm unsure if that was completed. The J-wrap was replaced but the color was changed without my approval (from light grey to black). The delamination was "REPAIRED" but the was not properly done and needs correction. The companies president, Dennis King complete a quote for the repairs from an outside company, Perfection RV storage and service, and when the cost came to $13080.51 to do it properly. Dennis refused to complete the work and offered to return $4100.00 and for me to take the unit back. I explained to him that i believe I should be compensated more to complete the repairs on my own since I'm not sure if it will be more costly to make the repairs when they could have made the issue worse since they are not qualified to make the repairs. Also the fact they have had the camper for the 1 1/2 years at two of there shops and my ability to schedule trips and get the use of the camper while still making the monthly payments. I requested $10000.00 in repairs and compensation. The estimate Outrig received from Perfection RV restoration & Service for the properly repaired delamination was for $ 13080.51. The entire cost of the repairs I paid to OUTRIG was approx. $25000.00. This company hires unqualified employees and charges a premium and will not stand behind their repairs.

We…read morehad a dangerous tire blow out on our travel trailer on I25 in the middle of the night a few days ago. The blow out damaged our sub flooring and plumbing, and we had to cancel our trip. We had it towed here to Colorado's Premier RV Service & Repair, and they were absolutely amazing!! They called us immediately the next day and were so friendly, they got with our insurance immediately, made it so easy to digitally sign paperwork, and then gave us their "expert" advice on what to do since the trailer is 20 years old. They operate from the highest integrity and fixed our trailer so it was safe to drive, and made recommendations on what to do next since they don't work on trailers that are over 20 years old.
