He never shows up. Sunday passes, so I call him this Monday morning. He says he'll be here in an hour. No show. It's pretty clear that he's hoping I'll go away and that Ralph is someone with low integrity. UPDATE: I didn't speak to you in a bad way, I merely pointed out that the sprinkler is in the same shape, with or without your part. You know what's disrespectful? Telling people you will be somewhere and then not show up. Taking payment for a half- way job. Calling your customer disrespectful, when you have poor customer service. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. I enjoyed my first experience with Rich (owner) and Gary (who does the field work) I was more than happy to bring them back out again since 2021.
