The repair was done well and efficiently. Now, unfortunately we have more roof leaks. I didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call him to have our roof repaired once again. Repairs haven't been completed yet but I have no doubt he will quickly identify the source of the leaks and repair it before the next heavy rain. I did some additional background checks to ensure worker's comp and license/bonded status and everything checked out great. So I went ahead and signed the contract. His crew came out and did a superb job of doing the entire lift and re-lay within 3 days (started very early mornings and worked late at night). This also includes city permitting. I'm very happy with the repairs and the crew was extremely hard working lead by the project manager, Bulmaro. They provided the large trash dumpster and all the debris was cleared after the work was completed. I included a picture from the work in progress after they lifted all the tiles and installed underlayment rolls. This was mid-way thru the repairs. Kudos to Dale and the entire crew. They charged me $557 to spend another hour or so looking for the problem and said they still aren't sure if it is fixed. In my book, if you didn't do a thorough enough job the first time, you shouldn't be charging a second time for a job that wasn't done right in the first place.
