Left me with a leaking roof and refused to perform quality workmanship, even though I paid for their complete package with a "dedicated Project Manager." The salesman, Scott, was very nice, which was the main reason we chose this company. He promised me that from the day we contracted the roof would be done within 10 days. This was not the case. Unfortunately, everything after the sale went downhill. Communication was poor, payments were demanded preemptively, timelines were not honored, and issues were dismissed instead of addressed. Jessica, Patty and Luis were especially rude and showed no concern for my questions or the damage caused to the property by their teams performance on the jobsite. They demanded payment day one for work they never finished. Due to the damages caused by the contractor, poor quality, professionalism, and customer service, and the leak still shown from recent rains, right after their work was said to be "done", and the permit has not passed preinspection. So how is the roof ready for final inspections and payments when its not even passing preinstall for OSB. I will definitely be contacting the CSLB. This is my second time using Frontline Roofing, and again, I am extremely satisfied. I had some concrete shingles unexpectedly break and fall from my garage roof into my neighbors parking spot. Thankfully, no vehicle damage happened. Luis came out quickly, and found an additional problem with a section of my fascia boards which I did not think was serious. That became the main project, and the garage tiles were replaced free as part of the repair. The work was also scheduled quickly to ensure that my neihbor's parking spot would not be out of service for too long. I have a tall two story home, but the roof is more like 2.5 stories high and very steep. The team went up and removed several rows of tiles, replaced the underlayment in the area, and replaced and painted two sharply angled facia boards that went to the highest point on the roof. It took a long day and a half to complete the repair (it was projected to take one day), and I could tell the team was working hard the whole time. Luis was on call to answer my questions throughout the repair, and that was helpful. The roof looks as good as new. I am very happy with the results. As before, I about a week later, I was emailed a pdf repair summary and photos of various stages of the repair from many different angles. read more

A few months ago, I had some broken and missing roof tiles and I needed them to get fixed ASAP. I got 2-3 quotes from other roofers and frontline was half the cost. The gentleman that came down was really great and even included sealing all the flashing as part of the price. They also re-aligned all the tiles so the roof looks brand new also as part of the price. I even offered to pay more to get faster service and they were honest and didn't jack up the price. The gentleman quoted me a date a week later and by luck, someone cancelled and they slotted me in 2 days later instead of a week later. Sabrina went over the contract details which was helpful to understand what was included in the price before we started the job. This also prevents any misunderstandings, which I had none. The pay points were reasonable and fair. The crew was on time, respectful and friendly. They brought a trash container that they hauled off daily to empty. Like many homeowners in 2023, we also had a leaky roof due to all the rain. Luckily for us it was a minor leak. I called several companies. Frontline was the quickest to schedule an estimate. We only wanted a repair job, not an entire roof replacement. We were confident with the initial estimate and signed up with them for the job. We were first told that we would have to wait about two weeks before the job was done, but there was an opening that suddenly became available in their schedule. Even with the opening in the schedule, there was a slight delay with the job starting because the guys were running late with their other job. They were supposed to show up before noon after their other roofing job. Someone didn't show up at our house until towards the end of the day. At least the good thing about this is that they do care about the quality of their work for each job. Our repair was finished the next day. After about two weeks, we received some photos of the job, and also a warranty for five years. I'm hoping that we don't have to deal with any more roof leaks for a long while. But when it is time to do an entire replacement, we will definitely call on Frontline. read more

Just like so many others, we had a leak in our roof due to the heavy rains earlier this year. Roofing companies were all so busy and it was difficult to get anybody out quickly. Frontline came out within a day or two, gave us an estimate and got us on the schedule within a really reasonable amount of time. Definitely would not recommend this company. Creepy workers made my partner feel extremely uncomfortable. Ian, the older guy who stopped by was late and unorganized - didn't know what was going on and when we informed him was standoffish. When we offered him a ladder to inspect a potential repair he said "No need, I can see the spot, there see I inspected it." He never entered our attic or even looked at the roof. After making some other really weird comments about my partner and our home he stepped outside and we locked the door. Oddest interaction I have had with someone in a long time. Last fall 2022, Frontline Roofing replaced our roof. They were able to reuse many of our concrete tiles. We had a complicated situation, since we have solar panels as well. They removed the panels, replaced the roof, installed a new skylight and then reinstalled the solar panels. Our project lasted a little longer, since it also rained in October during the installation. We were extremely happy with their work and would recommend them to other interested homeowners. I want to start off by saying that the work Frontline did on my roof is great! The workers did an amazing job, they were fast, and efficient. I am happy with the way the roof came out. Everything went well at the beginning when it came to discussing the pricing, contract, and dates. The people at the office were courteous and they called me multiple times to confirm dates and agreement. I was very pleased at that point. However, my issues with them began once the project started. I was and still am disappointed by their lack of communication, namely the project manager (Alex) assigned to me. Frontline did a great job at getting an appointment with my city to give us a permit. The roofers came the next day and promptly removed the first layer. The next day I had a notice from the city inspector and they left a message that I did not understand. I contacted Alex, the project manager and he had no clue what I was talking about. It was clear that he was not up to date with my project. He told me he would contact the site workers and get back to me, but never did. Later on that night, I heard men in my yard and they were attempting to open my side gate. I thought they were trying to break in and I was about to call the police. I quickly figured out that it was the roofers. They took the initiative to come and cover my roof since it was going to rain. I appreciated their initiative, but the project manager should have told me ahead of time and avoid getting frightened. I mentioned the situation to Alex the next day and asked that he please notify me if the workers will be coming to my house past 4pm, just so that I expect them and not get startled. Then about 2 days passed by and no progress was made on my roof. I had to contact the project manager and he told me that they had to wait for the inspector to sign off and that the inspector was scheduled to come the next day. The inspector arrived and left another notice stating that all exposed lumber should be painted and that the permit needs to posted. Only, I was not told that I had to post the permit outside for the inspector. Eventually, the roofers came the next day and finished the roof. Per the contract, I am to submit the final payment when the roof is done. One of the roofers comes the next day past 4pm and tells me that he needs to paint something, but he did not know where the paint was or what he needed to paint. I told him that I had no idea what he was talking about since no one informed me that I had to provide paint, much less that they still had to paint the lumber. He asked for the final check and despite my instinct, I gave him the final check. I wanted to fulfill my end of the contract and not get in any legal trouble. Per the contract, 3-4 weeks after the end of the project, I am supposed to get a report with before, during, and after progress pictures and explanations. It has now been more than about a month since the project was completed and I have not gotten the report. I called around Tuesday of last week and they told me that I should have the report no later than the end of the day. I then asked them if the project is even considered complete since they were supposed to paint exposed lumber and they have not done so yet. The lady at the office said that she will get in contact with the team involved in my project to get an answer and will call me back. It has been a week and I have not gotten a call back nor have I received my report. All in all, the work is great but their service and lack of communication is what left me unsatisfied. read more

I highly recommend Frontline Roofing of Lake Elsinore. On 1/15/25 I contacted Frontline Roofing for an estimate on a new roof on my Wildomar home. On 1/15/25 an estimator from Frontline came to my home and gave me an estimate and provided me with the information what materials would be used. Also on that date i received a call from another roofer in Hemet. They said they would get back to me in a few days. I did receive that estimate also. Frontline estimate was a little higher but comparing the estimates their materials consisted of an additional layer of water and ice underlayment and tile replacement and wood repair included in their estimate which was not included in the other estimate. Also, Frontline gave a 10 year warranty on labor and a 50 year warranty on materials also added flashing on edges that were not there on first roof install. Oh, and they also included handling all the permits required. They began the install on Monday 1/20/25 and finished at noon on 1/23/25. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and kept me informed every step of the way, very courteous workers. read more

He inspected the roof by himself and personally took the picture in different areas where the problem was ; such as broken tiles , misaligned Tiles , most importantly are loose tiles that are dangerous and at any given time it can fall to me or to anyone . I dislike writing negative reviews, but I feel I have no choice in this case. I want to help others avoid the potential headache in dealing with this company. I contracted them for a minor roof repair last year and let's just say getting an appointment to get a quote, then scheduling the actual repair was like pulling teeth. they kept rescheduling my appointment due to " other more important jobs." they finally do the repair but the roof begins to leak at soon as it starts to rain, they had to come back out and redo the work. moving forward to last week, I called them to schedule a new quote for a new roof leak in a different area and I am immediately thrown back into the whole back and forth. why did I call them back? well simple I wanted to give them a second chance and I felt that it was better going with " the devil you know." I schedule an appointment for Monday they call me the day of and reschedule me to Wednesday. I call on Wednesday to confirm the appointment the guy tells me they have to reschedule to Thursday because of my type of roof. they have all my info from the previous job, with pictures; so I don't understand how they missed what kind of roof I have? he gives me a new time but I inform him I am unable to be there at that time, while he is rescheduling me for Thursday he accidentally hangs up on me. i never received a call back? I get a call Thursday morning from the scheduling person saying the tech is at my house and if anyone is home to do the walk through. I inform her of the scheduling fiasco I have endured and all the time I have requested time off work and have been rescheduled. I mentioned I have decided not to give them my business and I am moving forward with another company. I regret calling them again and I don't recommend this company. save yourself the headache and call someone else, they are not interested in minor repairs. throughout the whole ordeal I got the sense that I would have been treated differently If I was scheduling to get an entire new roof. what they don't understand is that it might be a minor repair today but had I been treated differently I would have hired them to do my entire roof! read more

We had a leaky roof, and they came out, listing the day of us calling them. They fix the roof a few days after that. Unfortunately, with another rain storm, we saw that the leak was still there. Luis called us back when we called the office to tell us he'll have someone out the next day to tarp the roof until they could look at the roof again and fix the roof once and for all. Terrible company! I originally had an inspection from Don but he failed to do his job and gave me and my realtor false information. Then when I found out about the mistake the team apologized until I spoke with the manager who denied any fault from his team. After arguing with the manager for an hour he agreed to do the service for a discount, a month later when they finally came out I was hit with a surprise charge of $3000.
