I highly recommend. My door broke early when I had to leave for work. I called later to set up a time, Mike said you could come by that day, but it would be after 6pm, would that be okay? I said sure. Mike showed a few minutes after six. Inspected the problem. And gave a recommendation. My garage door set up is about 15 years old, something that I got from Home Depot. I waited a year before posting this review to make sure the repair Mike made on my garage door held up and I'm happy to report it has! Mike is professional, he came on time, in a clean truck, carefully explained my options, and cleaned up after his work. He is honest, he was very upfront about being able to restore the functionally of door but not the cosmetics. In the end the door looked fine after the repairs. Mike, the owner, was very knowledgeable on the phone. He had me check a few different solutions to fix the issue I was experiencing with my garage door. His guidance and patience was impeccable as I navigated my way around the sensors. You may wonder why he had me do this and for good reason. He explained to me that if it was something he could help me with over the phone that it could save me money on an unnecessary expense. Not many private business owners will do that.
