I was a damsel in distress, and it wasn't the first time my garage door failed me. Twice, you came through for me. The first time was a number of years back, in my old house when my garage door came down on top of my SUV and took some big damage. You came within an hour that time, fixed it temporarily, and then came with parts and put it all back together again. Fast forward to a month ago, in a new home and a new town, when my garage decided not to close as I was running late for work. That time, I called the HOA-recommended service (not you) ... and was taken for a ride ... shoddy work, huge price, disappointing customer service. Turns out, the "fix" I'd overpaid for didn't take after all. This morning it quit again. At that moment Mom remembered you, and low and behold I still had your contact number in my phone (you're tough to find online :-( ). I called and Marco answered. He was kind and reassuring, and as promised he sent out a technician a few hours later. Scott B. came and in just a few minutes he had diagnosed, corrected and had our door up and working again. Then he went above and beyond, teaching me how to use some of the features in my opener, oiling the door (eliminating the squawks and squeaks we'd been enduring without complaint), and taking time to talk with us as he processed our payment. I was very impressed with the professional work done by Overhead Garage Doors. I called them this afternoon, received an accurate quote and the repairman, Glen, came out within the three hour time frame that I was promised. Glen did a great job of explaining all my options and didn't attempt to upsell me with anything. He explained all my options and what I could do if I wanted to do anything on my own. I had an issue with a broken cable, a loose chain on the opener and a wheel that was popping off the track. Even though my opener is very old, he was able to make the adjustments and now I probably can hold off on replacing it for a little while. I was amazed at how much quieter and smoother the door opens and closes now after he made the adjustments/repairs. When he was done, he explained everything that he did and what I could do in the future when I am ready, like add a keypad for the door. I got some very good tips on brands and types of doors and openers I should consider. Even though I may wait a bit to replace the doors, when I do, I will definitely be calling Overhead. read more

We have used Overhead Garage Door, Inc for the past 8 years for any repairs we needed on our original wood garage door. It finally came to a point when we needed a brand new door. I called, spoke with Shannon and she scheduled Paul to come out to measure and show samples of our options. We made our choice and called Shannon to place our order who was so helpful at helping us sort thru the options. Our new garage door arrived in 2 weeks and we scheduled our installation. Trace our technician arrived on time with a text 1/2hr before arriving to let us know he was on his way. We hit the jackpot with Trace. He was meticulous with our installation, making sure everything was done perfectly. He is such a pro. We had everything replaced, including door, track, opener, external keypad, internal opener and manual latch for extra protection. He cleaned the entire door inside and out to remove any fingerprints/smudge marks. He really takes great pride in his work! Last night the gear & sprocket sheared off my garage door opener. My wife called Overhead Garage Door first thing this morning and a service call was scheduled for between 11 am & 2 pm. Nathan the service tech called at 10:25 am and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. When Nathan arrived I showed him what sheared off and to my amazement he told me that there was a repair kit for what had happened and it would cost much less than what I originally thought. Nathan was an exceptional tech, polite, professional, and answered all my questions. After fixing the initial problem, we discussed a solution to my uneven garage for sealing the garage door to the garage floor.
