I'm not sure what happened, but the lady who used to run the place had the coolest selection of vests and festival wear and I don't see that anymore. However, in less than 24 hours after submitting my order - I received an email informing me of the dilemma, along with an option to either be refunded immediately or pick out another choice in my size. Again, they impressed me with how quick the process was going by sending a follow up email correcting the order just a few hours later. I was immediately refunded the difference, received a shipping confirmation the next morning, and 2 days later - I can't stop dancing around in my new speedos(TARIQ BLACK, BOXOL BURNT OLIVE), my shirt(TAYLOR), and my tank(ZARKO). The people that usually help with fitting were busy. The staff that worked the cash register helped us and helped put the suit together. The store has an in house alterations. They were able to get my son fitted right away and get the alterations done in a timely matter. It was more affordable than other places we went to. Pick up was smooth. The alterations looked great. Parking was easy since it shares a lot with other businesses. Overall, we will continue to come here to purchase suits. Customer service is great, it's affordable, and they have everything here from ties, socks, cuffs, shoes, full suits, etc.

Plus, everything in that store is such a rip off and marked up at least five times the value I would definitely understand with the story like that up in the Los Angeles, Fairfax District, or maybe New York and Miami but this store doesn't really have any exclusive stuff that's where those markups there's no way over room with any barking or nothing like that. You're honestly better going to another place that actually understands the shoe and streetwear culture and business. Go to places like fire kicks in Hillcrest, SD exchange at the Mission Valley or national city mall or the kickback in Mira Mesa those are more honest businesses that actually understand the market and have good customer service and good pricing that's reasonable with everything

When it sold on eBay it didn't pass authentication and I also ran it through check check and it failed. I called them several times over the course of 2 months giving them all of the information and even emailed all the receipts and details. They couldn't even bother to respond much less offer to make it right. It's even worse because I spent a lot of money with them when they were streaming. Beware they will not take care of you.
