admittedly I walked right past this store to go to Nordstrom rack because i thought i could find a white designer brand dress shirt for a good price for my wedding day. An Hr goes by and I cant find not 1 shirt that fits properly without needing tailoring. Avoid at All Costs - Dishonest and Unprofessional Service!! Absolutely terrible experience at District Men's Suit, especially with an employee named Johnny. He blatantly lied to us about the pricing. We were told tailoring was included, only to be hit with a hidden fee after we had already committed. Johnny gave us two completely different totals and kept going back and forth when we asked for clarification. It felt like he was just making numbers up on the spot. The worst part? When we returned to sort it out, the owner and district manager were just as shady. Every person we spoke to gave us a different price for the same service - nothing is consistent, and it's clear they're just trying to squeeze extra money from customers. Johnny is the worst kind of sales rep - pushy, dishonest, and not even remotely helpful once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that respects its customers and stands by its word. Never going back here again. The suit is cheaply made you're better off shopping elsewhere, or if you choose to make a purchase through them, make sure you ask prices and check receipt receipts. read more

Went in and meet with Joshua. I told him I wanted to try on a their beige suit as I was recommend to come here from my business networks. He took sizing of my chest and neck to grab the correct shirt and jacket. The sizing took 1 minute max. He was very quick to grab the items and lead with genuine care. I was only in the store for 20 minutes to try on one suit because I knew the color and fitting I wanted. We never did complete body measurements for a tailoring. I asked Joshua if I could receive his business card and the suit code information so I can return and purshase with him using cash, to which his attitude and demeanor changed. He told me he's only there today and won't be working again, was it his last day? He informed me all the beige suits they have on the walls are exactly the same. I responded I'm surprised because the tones are all so different. He did not want to give me item information on this suit. Potentially because he thought he would lose his commission but I did previously ask for his business card to work with only him. He told me the suits they receive are random and constantly being rotated. If I don't secure it today I will miss out if I return tomorrow. Verbatim he told me "bro you should have told me you weren't buying today, all you have done was waste my valuable time with all the measurements" . At this point his attitude and my attitude changed. I told him he only measured my chest which I previously told him it was a 44 and he was just verifying. I apologized for the misunderstanding and again he told me all I did was waste his time today. He asked how i planned to pay which I said cash. He asked if I have a credit card to which I said yes but I wanted to pay cash to not have to worry about payments. He gave me a lecture on how credit cards work and is the same as cash and I should just buy it with my credit card today because I will get points on my card purchase. Although correct, Where TF did he come to ask for credit card. He then told me he was a cars sales man and has seen so many credits and can help me afford it. I told him no, the price is not an issue. Verbatim again he told me "if it's a financial issue and you can't afford it, you can do a layaway plan, I have already deducted prices to make it more affordable for you today". At this point his service was disgraceful, belittling and disappointing. Understandably so he wanted to force me to buy it then, as a sales car man would too. I told him I'm going to leave and not return after all. He then responded verbatim "typical most just wasted my time". Moving forward I won't be shopping here and reframe my network of businesses to refer valuable clients here. The whole experience was simply gross, from calling me a 'bro', telling me I can't afford it, and telling me I wasted his time 5 times. I came here looking for a suit for a wedding and although the staff were kind, (sales staff) the overall experience was terrible. I bought a suit and paid for tailoring to be picked up more than a week later. Sleeves taken up, pants taken up, and back taken in. Very standard tailoring but when I picked it up more than a week later they had never even sent it out to be tailored in ANY WAY. Still had chalk marks and pins in it. I was attending a wedding 2 days later out of town and cost me almost $300 in tailoring because they dropped the ball so badly. I called to speak to the owner and gave them my number multiple times letting them know how much everything cost me, but they have yet to call back or offer any apologies for the issue. I received a refund for the tailoring I PAID FOR that never took place. But the tailoring needed to be done in time for the wedding and the cost ended up being more than the suit all together. I would definitely skip this place unless you need an accessory last minute, but don't go here for a full suit that you want to fit or look good. read more

Nothing fits me anymore and I have a wedding to go to today but I did buy some waist expanders on Amazon prime so my old suits will button up........... decided to walk in anyways just to see.
