On Feb 13 I placed an order for postcards that needed to be delivered by Feb 18. I paid extra for "fast" delivery, and they confirmed delivery for Feb 17 - a pleasant surprise! But when my team arrived onsite to pick them up on the 18th, they weren't there. I logged in to check the order for shipping verification and found that the order was "In Production", in spite of being ordered nearly a week earlier. I spent an hour negotiating with a chat representative who informed me that "Please note that delivery dates are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed." This in spite of the website assuring visitors that "we actually print when the order is in" and "overnight is in our name so we should deliver overnight, right". They refused to refund me, in spite of their failure. After an hour of negotiation they finally agreed to upgrade my shipping to BITGIT for overnight delivery. For a brief moment I hoped we could salvage this, but even here Overnight failed to meet even the most modest degree of expectation. The urgent shipping ended up not being so urgent - the shipping didn't get shipped in time. They arrived well after my team had to leave. We did end up having to print temporary materials locally at additional cost. After a long argument with support over chat (because there are no other ways to reach them) they continued to assert that they couldn't stop the shipping, and they couldn't offer a refund. Eventually I was connected with a supervisor who offered me "store credit". I'll believe it when I see it. And honestly - why does it matter. I don't want to use them again anyway. read more

I ordered business cards from here via there website and in the past, 4 or 5 years ago, they were great but now they are HORRIBLE. Over 60 percent of my custom rounded business cards arrived with white strips and some with corners that weren't rounded. Contacted them via chat and didn't find out until days later I have to send them an email with photos. Did that and no response. Got online to chat with them again and ask for a refund. They wrote back telling me they needed to see photos and were basically stalling. Then 2 days later they wrote back to me. As compensation, they could give me 50% off another order or reprint and ship the last cards for free. WHY would I want MORE cards when you couldn't get 60% of the last order correct?! Imagine doing a horrible job and offering your client more horrible jobs as compensation? It's downright insulting. And this all took 3 weeks! I want a refund! Give me a refund! (really, I didn't want to put a star at all.) Overnight Prints is terrible and not what they used to be. So sad. I put my order in and the design dept fixed an issue with copy running into postal requirements area but then they "BROKE IT" -- they moved stuff around twice that had nothing to do with postal edits. It took them 6 days TO STOP MAKING mistakes; they'd fix one thing and make a new mistake elsewhere. Next time I'll go to VISTA PRINTS. Really frustrating and the least they could've done is offer some recompense. I just contacted customer service to check on my order and found out that it has been canceled. I don't know why... no one notified me. I'm very upset with the service I got from Overnight Prints (www.overnightprints.com/. I paid over $100 for overnight delivery because I needed my package by November 1st. When I checked on October 31, FedEx said the delivery wouldn't happen until November 4th. I contacted their support, and the representative promised they would make sure it arrived on the 1st. It didn't. My package finally showed up on November 4th, which was way too late because my event had already passed. When I asked for a full refund, they only offered $30. I tried to escalate the issue, and they told me to submit a ticket on their site, which I did. The same representative (Shinell W) replied, and I haven't heard anything back since. There's no phone number to call, and their response has been terrible. In the end, I paid extra for a service they didn't deliver, and I'm left with materials I can't even use. I had 2 orders before. The first one was in 2020, the order finished perfectly. Second one was terrible with some critical wrong points in 2022. However, it re-did it without charging me. There is a web chat icon, but useless. 3) I filled out info for contact this company by email. They had a fold down the center instead of being flat like I requested. I even sent a message to customer service to ensure they would be flat Before they were printed. Not worth the hassle I ordered 250 folders from Overnight Prints, which arrived defective. There were scratches in the printing, parts of the gloss coating were peeling, and the pixelation of the inside photo in the folders was terrible (I did a proof process and all looked fine in the proof). When I contacted asking for a reprint of the product, I was given a run around of having to send in more and more photos in different and different ways. I sent 26 photos of the defections, and was given radio silence for over a week. I sent 3 messages in that time and finally tried using the chatbot, which told me my agent would be in contact that day. The agent did not contact me. I reached out via the chatbot again the next day and was given another runaround of asking for new photos of the folders all together. At this point I gave up on a re-print (I found another company who could print 1000 folders for the same price) and asked for a refund.  At this point the agent I was communicating with dropped off of the chat and would no longer respond. So now I have 250 folders I cannot use, and out over $1000, and still have to pay to have the folders reprinted. Lesson learned, Overnight Prints is not worth the hassle. read more

I have been using this company for 17+ years now (yikes how is that even possible) and they were my go to for anything print related for me or any number of numerous customers over the years. Well....not anymore. Starting in early 2020 I received two orders with print errors. They reprinted and sent me more but the quality was sketchy at best. Colors weren't matching and these were files I had printed many many times before. I was just reordering and not using new files but yet my cards looked totally different than previous orders. This last order is the last one I will ever be using ONP for the way it is looking. Paid for expedited shipping to arrive 6/10 and here we are 12 days later with zero update from the company. Anytime I email or chat with them they reply with a canned response saying there are technical issues and they are working full time to get my order completed. What a joke!! This would give them a full week to complete the job and a four-day grace period in case of a delay. It was delivered a week later when the show was over. I ordered business cards to be shipped to my address in Colorado. They were supposed to arrive around January 10. I paid extra money to have the 48 hour delivery service after they were made. Despite contacting them to let them know, the cards never arrived on the 10th, they did not attempt for them to resolve the issue. I did notify my credit card company to dispute the charges since I never received the cards. After two weeks of waiting ,I ordered them locally. The cards finally showed up on January 25. That was far too late and I believe the only reason they showed up is because I disputed the charges on my credit card. I am mailing them back since I had to purchased them locally. I have NEVER dealt with a company that has such awful customer service and horrible quality of work! We ordered business cards and got a notification that the art was passing the bleed line. So we edited and uploaded new art. They went ahead and processed it. The cards show up and they were cut completely off center. We alerted the company and so starts the horrible blame game from their "customer service" (if that's what you can call it). The first thing they said was that it's "costumer error" because they emailed saying there was an issue. To which I replied that we fixed it and uploaded new art and that it was processed with NO further notifications of any issues. This no mannered ingrate proceeds to say that it's not their job to "keep checking for mistakes" and that they sent an email saying they found issues. I repeated yes... to the FIRST art, not the second. Fast forward about 6 emails back and forth, I'm out a couple hundred dollars with more grey hairs and higher blood pressure.
