From an A+ experience I posted about a different location earlier today, I am reminded now of a polar opposite example at this specific location. On February 16, 2026, we sent a gift package to Canada from this FedEx location. The manager, named Sharon, handled the shipment completely unprofessionally and filled out the paperwork incorrectly, including listing the value wrong. As a result, the package got stuck at the Canadian border. After that, we were sent additional forms to sign, which we completed, but the package is still being held. I called multiple times, and when I returned to speak with her in person, she was extremely rude. She told me to call a number and refused to help in any way, while blaming us for the entire situation. This was a birthday gift . After 30 days, the package was returned to us, and we were charged twice for a service that was never completed. I do not recommend this location." read more

She has issues because she didn't like how I couldn't hear because a fedex driver showed up with a loud squeaky cart and I may have made a face as it was hurting my ears... she accused me of throwing a phone at her... and said she didn't want to help me mail something out. I did not throw a phone or object at her...set my phone down to show her a zip code when she wanted to see the address then she accused me of a bad attitude and did t want to help me... she then asked me if I wanted someone else to help me and then said she didn't want to talk to me. I did not talk to her... she made contact after claiming she doesn't want to talk to me. . I waited to my father to make copies. I told her off and said stop talking to me. She's contradicting herself. I told her throwing a phone is throwing a phone not setting it down on the counter. Horrible service from her and the males working there looked ashamed and quiet they have to work with such a miserable woman. I work in customer service and she's just horrible all around. read more

I have to come on here and say Chris is my HERO!!! We were having issues printing stuff, so we had to go to our neighborhood FedEx. Chris greeted me with a smiling face and a cheerful disposition! He was ready to step in and help out with my printing request. He was able to get everything turned around within 24 hours. Probably the laziest FEDEX team I've seen. Completely disorganized and incompetent. I'll go with UPS next time.

The assistant manager here is one of the most miserable people I've ever encountered. She seems to hate her job. She's rude, arrogant, and completely unwilling to listen or help. She said she will charge me $8 for deleting an extra blank page from my document that i needed to print and said she will let it go for this time when i told her ill just go somewhere else lol. Even the manager seems to have a weird attitude towards customers for no reason. If you hate your job this much change it, instead of spreading negativity. Yall not the only one working. If you want to save yourself frustration, go literally anywhere else. I don't think ill ever use fedex again. read more

The service here is always tops. Angelo and Sharon are lovely and first class people, and the other team members are lovely too (I just can't remember their names). They always get stuff done so quickly, efficiently, and effectively. In addition to that, they do it with grace and aplomb. I always come here for pick ups, and all other packaging/biz printing needs, et cetera. The price is fair as you get what you pay for- I'm a very strong proponent of that. Pay less, you'll receive very bad/cabin class level service. Pay a bit more, and you'll get the best. Anyhow, go to this FedEx. This one is indeed the best, in my opinion. FedEx is where shipping packages meets stress injections. The lovely manager likes to breathe down everyone's neck, guess she's trying to ensure we mail our packages with precision and anxiety. Customer service is top-notch, but the attitude could use some shipping out. Maybe she needs an stress-relief package of her own - a one-way ticket to a quiet desert island sounds about right. It's been a while since I been here since I was sending packages. It doesn't really have a happy environment, but it's a good place to pack do your packages. It's just that you can cut the stress with a knife. It's still working on going here but be patient with certain employees that work here. read more

AI would be kinder than the older lady w long blk hair. Charges $2.50 if they print 1 page for you. One worker in particular with black hair older lady is not friendly. They just lost our business for our company. This older lady was very grumpy too. Not been the first time, negative attitude. Chased my business away. Also $2.50 if they print or help..what a joke! And they tell u after they print the page. I went to self serve. The other woman gladly assisted me at self service. The older lady wasn't helpful at all. Very unfriendly. Should not be a manager or in a high position. Too negative n will not be good if yr worried about AI. Is that why there's such a low rating here. read more

I needed to get lamination done, and I called around everywhere, and was surprised that nearly all of the UPS stores around Irvine are pretty small and limited (and actually a bit expensive), they could not laminate the sizes I needed, while FedEx Office has more services and printing options, and could easily handle my size requirements. They did a great job at a pretty reasonable price (it turned out to be less than UPS), and the staff seemed to know exactly what options to offer me, and even warned me that certain things might get cut off or would look a certain way if I chose "this" option versus "that" option. There were a couple ladies there when I dropped by on a Friday afternoon and I didn't have to wait long, I was told to come back in a few hours and it was completed when promised. Overall, this is a really good option if you need to get something done, printing, posters, binding, laminating, etc. It was open relatively late too. read more

I gave me name, my work ID, company name,etc. and none can do it right except for until our company rep spoke to the Manager. It has been ready all this time! Big shout out and thanks to Claudia for helping me make up hard Luggage Tags out of my business cards. She took my cards, lined them up nicely in the Luggage Tag sleeves and properly hardened them in the lamination machine. They look great. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Making Luggage Tags out of business cards is something that FedEx Office has been doing for many years, however last week, when I stopped in at another Fed Ex Office--they had no idea what I was talking about and broken lamination machines. I was shipping out $25,000 worth of goods and said I can't declare a certain amount for each shipment when I have done so many times. I explained I have done it before so please double check he said if I know how to do his job why don't I do it. Then his manager stepped in and proved I was right. Received an order I needed to return. The original box and items did not have stuffing in them and shipped undamaged to me. I had to return the items so I went to this fedex where they required paper stuffing in the box to return it back otherwise it would "damage other boxes due to the empty space" in the box. They then said I can find paper myself and come back. Ended up paying for the paper stuffing due to time. That was a cash grab on their end and I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

Great customer service. I came in to return some stuff. I had the labels on my email and I thought it would be like UPS that they could just scan it but it had to be printed. Without hesitation the register gal asked me to email it and we got it solved. I didn't get her name but she was very very helpful. The store is well stocked and I was impressed to see that they have cute little tech gadgets. They already have Christmas stuff and calendars or agendas for 2022. This FedEx has an office station with computers available to work in documents, browse the web or print pictures, posters or what have you. I had to buy a little USB adapter and every employee was busy with a customer. Kuddos to the assistant manager Bob because he stopped what he was doing and joined his team to help us customers waiting. Overall, I recommend this place. If I could give this place negative stars ,I would. I just went in to do a return drop off. They are ripping people off when they come in for a "free drop off". I am forced to go to a FedEx bc the store says that is where I must go. Basically the alleged assistant manager and associates looked at each other when they saw me bring my return in. They were obviously trying to pull a scam. They started talking about how this package is too light and according to package training, I need to make a purchase to fill up my box. They refused to accept my package unless i made a purchase of filler. They are charging everyone for a free rerun by making up reasons why they cannot accept a perfectly fine free return so they can scam local resident. This place is so shady. This location is a pretty large center. It is my local drop off point. The interior layout is very spacious yet has much of what you will need when it comes to printing, shipping, supplies, services, and drop offs. I've been in here a few times to drop off packages and just can't get over how open, fresh, clean-looking it is, and how friendly the staff are. So my experiences so far are good, thus 4-Stars. Yes, you read correctly. Her name is Snow. For whatever reason, she snapped. I was merely asking a question about a new print out receipt they have established. We thoroughly enjoy walking to our nearby Irvine FedEx location. This is the second time we have been assisted recently by Team member Michelle. As we stood briefly in line we saw that she treats each customer with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. When Michelle greeted us she was so welcoming. She noticed that again we were shipping to our daughter in New York City and smiled. It is always a pleasure to visit this FedEx location and experience the BEST Customer Care. Please commend Michelle for her excellence in service and welcoming attitude that we observed her displaying for other customers as well! Recently we again visited our Crossroads Shopping Center FedEx Irvine location to ship via FedEx Express. When we arrived, there was a small line of customers that quickly dissipated due to the experienced staff including Ryan at the shipping counter. We observed Ryan professionally greeting all of the customers and additionally. securing some packages with shipping tape to prevent any water intrusion in transit. I came here at 5:30 to print photos for my father's birthday celebration the next morning. The photos weren't sending to their printers so I finally alerted someone and sent everything over to them directly. Waited awhile for someone to finally help me again even though the photos showed they had been sent. I was told I'd have to cut the white borders off the photos while they were printing which is fine...except for the fact that after they were done printing, I asked where to cut them and the person told me since it was now past closing I couldn't and had to leave. It was 6:08pm. 8 minutes past closing. If someone had timely helped me this wouldn't have even been an issue. It also would have only taken me 5 minutes to cut them- there were only 4 photos total lol. That was honestly so rude, but I guess going home asap is more important than customer service :) now I can't even use them so I don't know why I wasted my time and money coming in. I went into a different FedEx location to get a quote to ship two items out of state. Then went to drop off the item today. This location is charging 6 times the amount I was quoted. When asked why they could not give an answer. When I called to ask more questions (I wasn't the one who dropped the item off) the assistant Manager Alex still could not give me a reason why and when I said that exhibits incompetence to not be able to tell the customer why you are charging her so much he hung up on me. I then drove back to the store, still no answers. It's clear Alex is very unhappy with his life and hates his job as he verbally told me call customer service and ask them that he didn't really care. He rolled his eyes numerous times at me during our conversation. The amount of frustration this caused and how upsetting this was, was the last thing I needed today. I took my items back and left, went to a different FedEx shipped the same items for close to the quoted price. I don't know what kind of scam this location is pulling, or if they quite frankly just do not know how to do their job, because they don't care, but I can only recommend this place if you are ok with them overcharging you (by six times the amount) and being rude. I called on Monday to have a poster made for my fiancé's memorial/birthday that I was planning within a day as we lost him suddenly and without warning. No knowing what I needed and because the website was down and wouldn't work I called the store and spoke with Chris the assistant manager who was actually helpful in explaining things and gave me recommendations of what to get and he suggested to get it printed on foam and have it laminated and they would resize for a fee and rush it for a ridiculous fee but I had no other option so went for it. Picked up the poster and after realizing that the back of the poster is "high gloss" lamination and the front is "mat" so I came in to ask with a very understanding respectful tone just trying to understand if they made a mistake and if they can reprint it. I wasn't complaining, I was inquiring and trying to understand what I ordered for $120 thinking I was getting something else and the two sales guys just looked at me without saying anything and waited for another guy to charge up and with a very rude tone and attitude telling me that the poster was laminated and it's mat and I was confused as I said when we spoke on the phone you said lamination and I'm not versed so I thought I was getting glossy and he kept repeating himself in a very rude manner as if I did something wrong that it was laminate and then he grabs the poster out of my hand and walks to the back and said I can reprint it. I said that would be wonderful I am sorry if I misunderstood but I thought it would be glossy thank you. And I asked hey may I keep the poster and he said no we are going to discard it. I said if you are just going to discard it would you mind if I kept it and he said I'll need to charge you for it with the nastiest tone and attitude. I asked I don't understand if you are just going to toss it why can't I keep it "because I told you it's our policy, we have cameras but I can charge you for it so you can keep it". My issue isn't the policy my issue is the attitude and lack of compassion and respect for someone who is mourning the loss of a loved one looking for guidance and some peace and I just wanted to keep the poster they would throw in the trash so the family could keep the one they would remake. I don't think FedEx would take a hit if they allowed me to keep the poster because I just wanted it as it's a photo of my fiancé who passed less than a week ago. I broke down and told him he doesn't have to talk to me as he has as the moment he walked up to me he was very combative and I asked for a manager and he said he is the highest up which is a lie AM is not the highest so Manager Sno I will be contacting you as your customer service is shit. Compassion and understanding is key to customer service and there was no need for me to walk out of FedEx in tears unhappy feeling disrespected. read more

Came here to get my documents scanned and I was assisted by Sno. She was very accommodating and helped me the moment I stepped inside the store.
