Before bringing the dress in, we called the store and were told the alteration would cost around $25-$30. When we arrived in person, we were initially quoted $50, but once we clarified that we did not want the dress cleaned, the price was again adjusted down to $25-$30. Based on that, we expected the final charge to reflect that estimate. However, when we came to pick up the dress, we were charged $50 without explanation. When I raised the issue, I was told that estimates can sometimes be wrong, with little apology or accountability. After I paid and left, an employee came outside and told me there had been a mistake -- that the higher charge was because the dress had been cleaned -- and that the correct amount should have been closer to $30. She said a manager would follow up. Later, the manager contacted my wife and contradicted that explanation, saying the dress had not been cleaned and that they only called because I was upset. My wife clarified that we weren't upset about the price itself, but about the constant inconsistencies. This location has given us conflicting information throughout -- from pricing to the services actually performed. It was a frustrating experience overall, and we won't be returning.

Even though you respond to the text message if you have a pickup, they don't always pickup. You call the store to try and get it resolved, and they don't care. The presumed manager was nice enough. He took a look at them told me it could be done; it would be a week before they'd be ready. The quote was $15. I thought that was rather high but inflation I guess and to be fair this was a significant tear. A week later I go back, and I have to say I was impressed. I'm not actually sure how they managed to patch such a big spot with little color differential in the material. He handed me the little eco-friendly bag containing the pants and that was that. So aside from the somewhat high charge, I think the work is done was good.
