I spoke to them on the phone and ordered a new mirror for our mini-van. I arrived and they ordered the wrong side. I then had to wait for them to go and pick up another one. They also had Fox News on the whole time and talked about their conservative views while bashing all democratic views. I highly recommend them for window repairs and installations. The prices are very reasonable and for me were actually less than what AAA quoted me with my discount. I had a rock chip my windshield that then cracked with the extreme cold temps this past winter. So I had to replace the whole thing. Absolutely amazing customer service. Window went down and wouldn't go back up. Called Friday morning for a Saturday morning drop off got a price quote over the phone and various options depending on what the problem was with the window . Car was done in less than 45 minutes even offered a used motor for the window to save money (great option for a student with an older car) in the end only charged $35 for what pepboys quoted a minimum of $100 without a guarantee fix. These guys are pretty cool. I had a crack in my windshield. They didn't try to force me into a sale. Since the crack wasn't obstructing my view, they told me I didn't have to replace the glass right away. I had them fix it anyway.
