After a recent 50 minute drive the "Check Tires" light on the dash went on. The next day I called Burns and they were able to take a look at the tires the same day. I drove over, handed John the keys and he pulled it into his bay at the rear of the garage. He quickly checked each tire and found that all of them had low psi. He filled each to the proper pressure and was done in 5 minutes. He drove my vehicle around to the front and handed me the key. No charge. I gave him a small token of my appreciation which brought a smile to his face and a strong sincere handshake. To fix this, I called Supreme, based largely on their Yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did. - Their price was competitive (ca. $250 for a Prius) - I was able to schedule the repair very quickly (and they came to me, so I didn't need to drive to some shop and sit around for hours) - They showed up when they said they would - They were professional and neat, and finished in under an hour. What's not to like? The repair was just done this morning, so I can't rule out future problems such as the windshield leaking, falling out, or transforming into a portal to an evil dimension.
