I came to this Walgreens to drop off FedEx packages, and my experience was completely unacceptable…read more First, the employee made me wait while she scanned an entire shelf of items. After that, with a rude and dismissive attitude, she told me they weren't accepting any more packages. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed there wasn't one and that she was in charge. When I asked for her name, she refused to give the name and said her name was Walgreen? ?? she again insisted she was the manager. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone who claims to be a manager. Walgreens should take immediate action to address this situation, as this employee's attitude and lack of customer service reflect poorly on the store.

The POS terminals are so slow which adds to wait time and it's not helping the process. On the end of the customer's, you all need to stop overcomplicating your own lives and stop asking the pharmacist questions you should have asked your doctor in your visit such as how the medication works and any do's and don'ts. Also, the pharmacy isn't your insurance provider....so why ask them why your medication refills aren't paid for, why it's not covered and all of that? They will only give what they're allowed to and that's all there is to it. In the era of modern technology, I can't fathom why no one does their own research ahead of time. ‍

Our pharmacist was professional, friendly, and helpful. We were finished with that part of our visit within 10 min. However, when we decided to buy a few items and got in line at the front for regular purchases, there was only one cashier. He was efficient enough, but with a growing line he really should have had a second staff to help out. That's more of a management issue I think. The CVS has plenty of parking, is also relatively clean and uncluttered, and has the aisles clearly marked. I thought it was interesting that all eye care stuff in locked cabinets.

As I walked to the pharmacy, I noticed CVS has moleskin and picked a couple packs up because my husband and daughter use it sometimes when they wear certain shoes. At 11 a.m. the line for the pharmacy wasn't long, I was third in line. The pharmacy tech was polite and professional as she looked me up in the system. Apparently I had guessed wrong and she just smiled and said no problem when I explained I had made an error. She let me pay for the moleskin there rather than having to get in line again at the front store cashiers. Overall a quick trip to CVS where my service needs were met satisfactorily.

The pharmacy tech asked for my birthday. I kind of said it fast so she inputted the wrong day and then asked me if my name was ---? I didn't catch it but it wasn't me. I had placed my DL and insurance card on the table in front of her so she could've checked them but she just asked my bday again. This time we got it right. Technically she used two forms of identification by asking my birthday then name which is what is legally required, but I think after the first error in communication, she should have just looked at my ID. Anyway that's just a little feedback. It all worked out. The pharmacist explained my medications to me and smiled when I said I understood. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes because no other customers were present. Overall an efficient trip!

So I get in line, about number 7, and after about 20 minutes get to the window. She asks my name, says my prescription is ready, but cannot give it to me because they are taking a break. A BREAK AT 8PM? If she knew she would not give it to me why did she ask my name? Why was there not a sign at the front door explaining they are on a break and cannot give out prescriptions? Horrible place.

I had the extra Care card to scan, but they said I needed the phone number.. the only two phone numbers that have ever been on file or her personal cell phone and her deceased husbands and neither of those worked. She has come to this location, countless times for her prescription and never had an issue.. due to this experience we will be switching to another pharmacy altogether. I have worked in retail before, and it would've been as simple as marking the item down and honoring the price, but instead they gave up when it is their system that is having the issue. I can hear the two discussing the situation as I was looking at the candy bars in the candy aisle which is that far away. Octavio calls me and says that I don't have to go get my order myself and that he would. I agree with him that this is the correct response instead of a worker asking me to do what they were supposed to do. I had just gotten off work and I didn't feel like addressing this. Octavio brings everything I ordered to the counter while Atzin insisted that my order should have been cancelled. I just had received the email remind me that it would be cancelled after today but I guess he thought it should have been already. I was really grateful that Octavio helped me. As I was leaving, what appeared to be the manager discussing something with someone else. Instead of ignoring me as some stores do, he allowed me to exit first instead of almost colliding with me as some employees from other stores have. Thank you for your good customer service.
