It's below the billiards hall down a long stairwell. The ambiance is very cozy with decor from an age not long forgotten. I went on a Thursday night, and there was no DJ, but they did have music playing. It was also the first Thursday where the area turns into an arts walk. That was really fun to slip away from the art galleries and have a drink. They had several cocktails and I had a new one on the menu that was black tea infused bourbon and peach. I am not a bourbon drinker at all and that was one of the best cocktails I've had in a long while. It did take a while to get the drinks as there was a full house that night. The manager called me and said that they can't guarantee safety or that it will be towed after seven days. Other than that, it was a great experience. They don't understand about sections. They don't understand about rounding. They are really bad servers. And they generally put off an attitude like they really don't give a fuck. And the food is not that great there. I have gone because other people wanted to go, but the service just really sucks.
