This is a very cool, very Georgetown (post-industrial artsy anti-hipster) bar and pool hall, and a welcome addition to the funky Airport Way Strip, which is quickly becoming the best bar crawl venue in the south end. The taps are solid and mostly local, and the booze scene has potential too, with excellent mid-to-top shelf selections just BEGGING for creative cocktails. They have some good ideas here for a bootstrap bar food program, but thus far it lacks cohesiveness and permanence. The menu seems to change on a whim, but suffice to say it's hotdog-centric, with vegetarian choices too. They have panini grills, but offer no sandwiches. I think they are being used to heat a sausage-style breakfast hotdog product, which is a waste. They need to think about this and dial it in. I realize food waste can be frustrating, especially in start-up mode when money is tight. But remember: half the battle is letting folks know the food is there! Advertise, inside and out, make it special, and keep it consistent so folks will come back for more! You don't need to please everybody, just the patrons you know will appreciate the style and atmosphere here; the rest can pound sand. Also: Pickle some eggs! I recommend Joe Jost's famous and easy recipe. The staff here is friendly and fun-loving, and like most Georgetown joints, disinclined to pandering to high-maintenance drama queens. So if you are one, or are on a date with one, go to over-priced Capitol Hill hipster watering holes where they pander to the privileged more willingly. Your whining will be wasted hereabouts. Free pool Sunday and noon-to-six happy hours! A good place to watch a game without the inconvenience of backwards-baseball cap and muscle shirt-wearing brahs high-fiving and pretending they're not somewhat gay. This is a working-class, alt-rock, industrial grunge atmosphere. So be real. Recommended if you like a bit of grit, poorly played pool, and hotdogs with your local micro. A three-star hang with five-star dive potential. Give them a shot!

Great place to hang out and play pool. The bartender was great and she made sure we got a table right away. Highly recommend!

Popped in for trivia and it was fun. Service is good, super friendly and attentive. Mozzarella…read moresticks are thick and have a solid cheese pull.

This probably isn't going to be a fair rating just because I wasn't here for drinks. I was here for…read moresome solid chicken and waffles. I had expectations to tell you the truth, but I was let down a bit. Although, I was convinced to try out the mozzarella sticks and that was a fantastic starter. Highly recommend it. They were huge and thick with the good white stuff stretching out of it when you pull on it after your first bite. Best mozzarella stick I've ever had. As for the chicken and waffles, that's another story. Now, this isn't your normal chicken and waffles here. It's a spicy chicken and waffle sandwich. Someone was trying to be clever with this one and granted, on paper it sounds like a good idea. Execution was pretty poor however. The spice on that chicken was overpowering. There was a lack of syrup when there should've been more. And the goat cheese made it worse. Honestly, if it were just a regular fried chicken that was not spicy and had a good amount of syrup with no goat cheese in the sandwich, it would've satisfied my craving hands down. It wasn't that unfortunately. Should just keep it simple with that one. I would've been happy with that. The stroganoff was solid though. Did not expect that to be so good coming out of a bar. Way better than what Olive Garden could ever dish out. So maybe that says a lot for some folks. I'd come here for the stroganoff and the mozzarella sticks. As for the place itself, it definitely has a saloon vibe to it. Place looked pretty slow when I was there, but there was a good amount of people finishing up their meals, so I probably just missed the breakfast rush. Bartender/server was quite friendly and there were no problems, so that's always good.

I LOVE a local vegan pub. Especially if they have a Reuben on the menu…read more I consider myself a (vegan) Reuben connoisseur, mostly just because I'm obsessed with them. This could easily be my 2nd or 3rd top choice! It was delicious and the rye wasn't too overpowering. The cheez wasn't melted like some, an I might now actually prefer that. I also got a pour of the Belgian Blonde from Old Stove and the Passionfruit & Lime Sour from Pampered House Cat. Highly recommend the second - very tasty and tart. The former was a solid ale. If I visit Seattle again, this will definitely be on my list. While you're in Georgetown, meander around the other shops and makers marts in the area!

So I was really interested to try it. The setting is what I would consider kind of rock-'n'-roll dive bar, but nicer. They were playing what seemed like punk music on the sound system which was fun to hear. I placed my order and paid for it at the bar. I was surprised at how good the Reuben tasted. There was not a strong taste of pastrami, but the sauerkraut, dressing, and bread made up for it. I would not have guessed it was vegan. There was root beer on tap that was really good as well. I would definitely come back to try other menu items.
