I bought a 2019 Infiniti QX60 AWD V6 from the dealership in September last year. This is what so far has been a problem. 1. They did not put on my roof rails had to go back to get them on. 2. After getting home I checked to see how the cross bars went on the roof rails, and they did not put on any of them and did not tell me about it. I am sure if I would not have noticed after the 10 days was over they would not have put them on. I even had to send them, photos and where they could get them. The service guy said he did not know how to find them. 3. Was trying to use the rear window washer and it was not working. (I did not check that until after the 10 days) So of course they did not do anything about it. I would like to change the bad hose or nozzle, but I think I have to take off the entire rear hatch to get to it. So that's going to be about $150+ just to get that working, so for now it's not a big deal I have driven plenty of vehicles without a rear wiper. 4. Was told that they changed the air filter and in-cabin air filter, so I did not check them. Was getting my oil changed so I decided to check them and there was no way they changed them. Both were clogged up about 50%. 5. I was rotating my tires and one of them must have had the lug nuts torqued to at least 150-to-200-foot pounds. They should have been set to only 83-foot pounds. If I would have had to change any of my tires on the road, I would have had to call roadside service. The other 3 were still well over 83-foot pounds. read more

Please allow me to tell a story of effort, failure and wasted time. These events took place from late February to late March 2023. My wife and I had a pleasant experience purchasing a 2021 Subaru Ascent in December 2022. It was easy enough that we talked about trading in our aging 2011 Kia.So when tax returns came around in early February we went to see what we could afford. My test drive for the Volkswagen was on a Saturday. It took until the following Thursday for the car to be ready. They said it was mostly due to inspections and replacing the windshield. The windshield replacement will come up again later. The point is, I had the car and it was seemingly in good shape. The issues began on day 2 of possessing the car. The Saturday after I picked up the car, my family drove south to the Phoenix area. Southbound we realized that the A/C did not work. In February this was not a big deal, but could have been hazardous if it was in summer. But turning North, the car suddenly displayed that it needed and oil change, and something called Adblue. Luckily I had spent the previous day reading about the DEF system. I've never owned a diesel vehicle, and no one at the dealership knew anything about the vehicle's general maintenance. After a call with the dealership, the next week we brought the vehicle in for maintenance. During this entire ordeal there were delays due to the weather, I obviously do not hold anyone at fault for this. This begins the section of myself dealing with the service department. When I arrived to pick up the car at the Nissan service area, The hood was up. I asked the attendant. To which he replied, "It's fine, it's ready. So I took the car. It was immediately clear that most of the problems were not fixed. The oil change light was still on, the adblue (DEF) alert was still on. And as I learned later, the DEF cap was not even re-screwed onto its nozzle. While these are not car-threatening issues, they aptly show the general negligence and poor communication of the service department. As it turned out, the car was not ready. I needed to schedule repairs with the Volkswagen dealership in order to have the DEF injection system replaced. Luckily the car was under warranty and Volkswagen would cover the cost of repairs. Once the car was in possession of Volkswagen, I had the fun task of yelling my way up the corporate ladder at Subaru until someone could provide a rental car. I work a pretty standard 9-5 schedule, and my wife works nights. We could not survive without a vehicle for my commute. This is another tangent but it pertains to my building anxiety with this dealership and this vehicle. And why I write this with my hands shaking, just wanting a reliable vehicle so I can move on with my life. Fast forward 5 days later. Volkwagen had fixed the DEF injection system. But an unfortunate accident has occurred. While technicians were in the car, the rear view mirror was fully broken off of its mounting. The Volkswagen techs explained that they've never seen a mirror attached so poorly. My frustration builds, I didn't think to check the mirror adhesive after I first took possession of the car. But I've driven nice cars on rough roads and I've driven my KIA (not very nice) on really rough roads, And that is something I've never seen happen. I brought the car in on March 25th, a Saturday morning. The technician working at the Nissan garage takes a few photos of the mirror then explains that the lead tech (name redacted) will call me. I called back on Monday after receiving no call. The lead tech was not working that day. I received no call on Tuesday, I'll admit I forgot to check in to see if the lead tech was there that day. This brings us to today, March 29th. Still no call. So I call after work. The lead tech seemingly had no idea he was even obligated to call me. But offers to have the mirror repaired right now if I can get to the dealership. So off I went, I got to the Nissan garage at approximately 4pm. My children and I sat in that lobby until 5:20pm. I had to get someone to call the lead tech so I could be informed how much longer I have to wait. I am confident that if I had not spoken up, they would have kept the car for much longer. And after all that. They further damaged the mirror. The tech has offered to send a mobile glass repair unit to my job to have it repaired tomorrow. Will this end the saga of miscommunications and absolute rock bottom service. I don't know. I feel sick and just want to be done driving across town to this dealership. They have agreed to all these repairs which I appreciate, but have treated me with neglect, and continue to spend way too much of my time and effort. And after all this, the oil change sensor still needs to be addressed. To anyone else buying a used car from this dealer. I pray that you don't have mechanical issues. Or if you do, that you have LOTS of free time to fritter away as the techs try their hardest and still fail. read more

I had a very bad experience with Flagstaff Nissan Service Center that I would like to share. I hope everyone else has better service than I received. I took my vehicle for service to replace a leaking radiator. They replaced the radiator in a timely manner but when I returned home the radiator leaked all over the garage floor. The fluid was very difficult to clean up and it left permanent stains on my garage floor. I returned to dealer to have the leaked fixed. They apologized for the inconvenience and fixed it immediately. After returning home, I noticed that the hood did not latch properly. I again returned to the dealer for the repair and to have the oil changed also. They did the oil change and advised me that the hood latch problem was not caused by their service to the radiator and the spring was faulty and needed to be replaced at a cost of $150. They had to order the part and will call me when it will be available. While waiting for the part to be delivered to the dealer, I researched the faulty latch problem on the internet and learned that the problem was most likely caused by a pinched cable when the radiator was installed and can be fixed easily by properly securing the cable. I was able to do this repair at home in about 30 minutes. However, the final problem was discovered when I was on a trip and the shrouding that the covers the oil pan was not secured properly and knocked at highway speeds after they did an oil service. Although it was not a serious problem, it was a major inconvenience to fix it on the road. I went to another mechanic who fixed it in less than 15 minutes at no charge. He said that they just did not do a good job securing the oil cover tightly. I won't be returning to this dealer for any vehicle maintenance in the future and likely will not do any business with them. I hope the dealer does read this and makes sure all future customers don't have the same experience as I had. read more

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano with a few cosmetic flaws so, of course, I had an expectation that a little horse-trading could be had - WRONG. We traded our like new GMC Terrain with barely any miles on it to upgrade to a Toyota Sienna because our family grew and the small SUV wasn't working for us anymore. We thought we were getting a good deal. Until a month later our van has problems! The windows roll up slow and hesitate, the van is idling, when the automatic doors get cold they don't close well, they let us leave the lot with a cracked windshield when I told him that was not okay it needed to be fixed, the windshield wipes are crappy and the breaks squeak now. They just made the van look like it was maintenanced and was running okay until we brought it home. This is not what we wanted in a purchase especially from a dealership. We also gave them a perfect trade in and now we are stuck with a van that we will have to put money into, when we shouldn't have until maybe 6 months for a oil change and filters. We got hustled! I bought a 2020 Nissan Titan in Lewisville Texas. My job requires me to travel, I am in Arizona, so I had to go to the nearest Nissan dealership. I had taken my truck for service at a small town local auto care shop and told me I had a leak in my radiator and would cost be $3000. That being said I made an appointment here and showed up early and got right in. They were the most professional, compassionate, helpful gentleman i think I've ever come across! I waited about an hour and they ran tests and diagnostics on it and found nothing wrong. They didn't even charge me the full price ( 1 hour $99) they charged me $45. They also put new batteries in my key fabs for free. I am so thankful to these guys for not taking advantage of a woman that doesn't know a whole lot about vehicles. They have a wonderful little clean dog park area for my dog to play. The guys that walked by were so kind and sweet to my little "sissy". Bought a used vehicle last June. Yes aware that it was used and would have issues here and there. Within a month car would break down brought it back said it was wrong size tire. Tried to drive out of town again broke down again. They had to replace the TRANSMISSION! Once I got it back my gas tank wouldn't take fuel consistently, paid to replace certain pieces in tank. Again DIDNT work! Then had to come back and replace my whole fuel tank! Now my engine keeps shutting off losing all power! Definitely not a place I recommend for finding a vehicle. This car has broken down on me at least 4 times with in a year and all the first couple months we're majority of those breakdowns happened in first months! read more

After the purchase he showed us videos of the features we would be using and then connected our phones to the Bluetooth. During the process we dealt with manager Brad and finance guy Isaac. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. None of these people put any high pressure on us at all. They gave us a very fair price for our trade in and even helped us transfer our belongings from one car to the other.
