The owner came out for the consult and smelled different areas of the carpet to make sure he knew where to treat. He also gave details on how he would treat. The price was very reasonable. I also want to add that he was on time to the appointment. For the actual cleaning he arrived at my home on time for the appointment, with his employee. They were both very friendly and did a thorough job. I never felt like they were rushing to leave. They both went over what was being done for each step. The carpet smelled so good and still smells good almost a week later. I will always call them for service.

Professional, courteous, prompt, GREAT pricing (he's always running specials!), and best of all, provides great results (I'm including some photos of my recently cleaned carpets!). John recently did carpet cleaning for my 4 bedrooms, the upstairs hallway, the stairs going to the 2nd floor, the basement stairs, and the dining room and playroom - all for a GREAT price. Stanley Steemer was going to charge WAY more, and the fact is, SS does NOT do nearly as good a job as John Wecker. More recently, my GF needed her apartment carpeting cleaned for an annual inspection. She called a carpet cleaner, and the guy wanted over $300 for three, REALLY SMALL rooms. When he showed-up, he refused to do the work, saying "You're wasting your money trying to clean these carpets. I can't take your money". Problem is she waited 2 weeks for the guy to show, and now she was within 5 days of her inspection. John stepped in, cleaned her carpeting, got out ALL the dirt and ANY stains, and the carpeting now looks fantastic. And John did it for little more than HALF of what the other carpet cleaner asked for! John is based in Saint Louis, but he accommodated our needs, and he travelled all the way to Belleville to clean my GF's carpeting! She couldn't have been happier with the results. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, and he did the carpet cleaning two days later, on Friday afternoon! Anyway, John is a great guy, and does a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He also cleans upholstery, and tile and grout cleaning. I highly recommend John's Wecker's services.

As Brad completed each room, he put my larger pieces of furniture on foam blocks, nearly into their original position. The final price was slightly less than his competitive estimate, and he left two extra bottles of spot cleaning fluid. If I could find someone to empty and refill my rooms of stuff, I probably would clean all the carpets every spring.
