I was quoted a reasonable price for the carpet cleaning of two rooms and a closet. It was $187. When David arrived he said that he would have to charge me $65 more because he had to carry his equipment from the parking lot to the elevator and then to my condo. This was ridiculous. David has been to our house in Munster, IN twice to help us get our new house refreshed and ready for move in! He always calls ahead of time to let us know he's on his way and is usually even early. The carpets look amazing and he has also done some upholstery cleaning for us. Both sofas and armchair looked awesome once he was done with them. We just moved into a home in St John, IN a few months ago. With all the heavy (and sometimes messy) traffic of movers, deliveries, repairmen, painters, and others the tan, berber carpet took a beating and needed a really good cleaning. Several years ago at our previous home in Illinois, we had Oxi Fresh clean our carpets and were very satisfied so we again phoned them. We spoke with David and arranged for an appointment early the next week. David called us about 30 minutes before our appointment time to let us know he'd be right on time. When he arrived he inspected the entire 5 rooms to be cleaned, confirmed that the original estimate of charges was correct and inquired about several of the heavily soiled and stained areas; coffee, grease, unknown and an odd dark spot where a treadmill had been. He treated each area and the set about with the cleaning. David works quickly and was finished in a little over an hour. ALL of the stains came out and the carpet looked great! Plus, the entire house was dry in less than 2 hours. We highly recommend David and Oxi Fresh. He's friendly, quick, complete and reasonable. read more

I saw the reviews on Yelp after spotting the Pxi fresh truck. The reviews were great to I gave it a shot. I went online on a Wednesday and schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. My appt was at 11am. I received a call that he was already in the are and if I was ok with him coming early, I said yes! I took advantage of the whole house deal (5 rooms) for 188.00 I add another from for 30.00!! My carpet looks great. The day before my son spilled dark pop on my light beige rug. The Carpet cleanse I had in the cabinet didn't work. When he sprayed the pre treat the satin was gone! My son had also had some blue slime on his bedroom carpet and that too is now gone! Every satisfied! Will continue to use Oxi Fresh! Oh ya and my carpet was dry in a little over an hour. I am a very happy customer. read more

Couldn't be happier with OxiFresh! David came to our house about 20 min early, and was in and out within an hour. Our son had just fallen asleep for a nap and David was able to do all of the rooms around the nursery with barely any noise. The carpets look amazing and he was so knowledable about how to retain their good condition. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends and will be calling him within the year. He made the whole experience so easy and made it less daunting to think about doing this on a regular basis. Can't street enough how happy we are with the results! I also want to note that David also moved all of the furniture out of the way, cleaned underneath then cleaned the main area twice. Oxi Fresh and George my technician did a fantastic job. He was very honest about the stains as to which stains would come out and which stains may be lightened but may still be somewhat visible. He did a great job on my carpets. I have had a challenge in the past with other carpet cleaners where they add extra fees and double room costs. I just had my carpets cleaned by Oxi Fresh and I have to say that they look amazing. George removed every stain from my carpet. He did a very thorough job moving furniture that other carpet cleaners that I had would never move. My carpets were completely dry within a 1/2 hour. I also noticed that the rooms smelled clean and fresh unlike other cleaners which would leave a musty smell. After George left my dog cut her paw and walked all over the living room. This is the second time that we used Oxi Fresh Cleaning and all we can say is WOW! The carpets are clean, dry and look like we just had new carpeting put down. The process is fairly quiet and no hook up to water from your bath tub. I would highly recommend them. Called today to make appointment and was very disappointed. Alyssa in the call center told me that they only have one representative in my area and he only works Monday-Friday until 5pm. So if you have a "normal" job you have to call off work if you want your carpet cleaned. I asked her to see if they would do it on a Saturday, Alyssa put me on hold and came back to say that George said NO. He is too busy at night with his kids, coaching on the weekends and he didn't want to be bothered. I questioned the fact that they were voluntarily turning away business and she suggested I call someplace else, wow, OK. I'm sure there is another company that wants my business! Great, glad to hear George is a hard worker and dedicated to his family, WE ALL ARE. However, that was not the issue of my review. Call center is rude and company doesn't seem flexible to work with people who WANT to give them business. George needs to be aware of the impression people get when they call.
