I asked if it was possible to get an earlier appointment compared to the first clinic I contacted. Thankfully, they were able to schedule us for the very next day, even though we're new patients and under Medi-Cal. I didn't get to personally meet Dr. Lee because only my son went inside, but he told me that Dr. Lee was very friendly and accommodating. He was even given a pair of eyeglasses covered by our Medi-Cal health insurance. About 2 to 3 weeks later, I followed up, and the eyeglasses were already available. They were very nice and sturdy, and my son was so happy since his eye concerns are now resolved. The clinic looks small from the outside, but it's clean, well-organized, and spacious inside.

I was told clearly that it wouldn't be a problem and that the documentation would be typed up and sent to my email. Based on that, I left expecting follow-through. Nearly two weeks went by with no communication. I had to call and follow up myself, only to be told that they actually cannot provide that documentation. This was frustrating, especially since I was initially told the opposite with confidence. The lack of follow-through and inconsistent information wasted my time and left me disappointed. Clear communication upfront would have made a big difference.

They insisted that even booking a simple follow-up appointment required paying for another full package. It's clear that this doctor cares more about money than her patients, shows no honesty or integrity, and provides poor medical care. Going to this clinic was an absolute disaster. Dr. Louie is always very careful with all the little details. Also, explain everything I need to know. He is precaution, and easy to understand. He will answer any question you might have. I have never felt he is in a rush at all. The employees there are nice and professional. I have always received phone calls from them before and after the visit. They will keep you updated as well. The showroom is not very big. It doesn't carry a lot of frames. But they can order the frame for you if you found one they don't have in stock. The parking log in this location is safe and clean. I can always found a parking space in front of the store.
