I have been going to these guys for around 20 years now and have never been disappointed. I've been to other places who would not or could not patch a tire, but when I took the same tire to these guys they fixed it. Also whenever they quoted me a price, that's all I paid. Everything was up front, be it taxes, tire disposal, whatever, and their prices are the best I've seen. I highly recommend them. Usually service is excellent. I bought brand new tires he ordered for me a couple months ago before I got hurt. I didn't ride tired due to me getting new car so tires had less than a 1000 miles. He will not honor warranty!!!!!! He could have given me any discount instead said he doesn't sell those tires! I only buy new tires from him!!!! For multiple cars!!!! I am very disappointed my man. These guys were great . I had a plug i had put into my wifes tire and it was slowly leaking . I called them an hour before they closed and they said they could patch it . I got there about 30 minutes before they closed and the guy immediately took the tire off and fixed it . I thought they were great and very fast . They did great and i would recommend them . I have to say I'm very happy with the service they provided me. Backstory to my review is I got a flat tire and needed to have my two front tires replaced pronto! I had already had purchased my wheels a day prior and just needed them installed. Competitors were charging 80 bucks a tire and an average 2 hour wait time, but with these guys it was 20 dollars a pop AND I only waited an hour and some change. I have been coming here since I learned to drive. I am an adult now and I continue to do business with P&B. I was on my way to work this morning and both of my tires were blown out.. I chose to tow my vehicle here, I have after market tires and I just knew that my tires were going to be over priced. I was beyond elated that they had a used tire that was an excellent condition, honestly it looked some what new however for my front passenger they had nothing in stock. I decided to buy at least one new tire today, I must say I am beyond satisfied with the service I have received today. Everyone here is amazing and truthful. I didn't feel like I was being taking advantage of, you know when being a woman some mechanic s/technicians try to take advantage of our intelligence. I talked to the so called "store owner" and he basically called me a liar. I detail my car every single week, I know my car in and out, and my wheels were NEVER scratched or bent. My tire was damaged beyond repair and America's Tires did not have a used tire available at the time they told me it was unrepairable, and the cheapest comparable tire new was over $200. Since my other tires were at the bottom of the green tread life, I wanted to wait to replace any other tires until necessary. So, they offered to put on my spare and suggested contacting a used tire shop for in-stock tires. They have great service and I have nothing bad to say about America's tires. I drive past this shop every single day, but have never stopped at P&B Tires before. I called a few places and not one shop picked up the phone. This was on a weekday around 11am or so. I thought it was strange but thought perhaps they were busy. I tried calling again and P&B picked up the phone and quickly got me the answer I was looking for - after confirming tire size, they told me they had several that would fit and that price would start at $45, which was very reasonable. So, I drove there and could tell that indeed they were busy, but they were able to help me find a tire with enough tread life left so that I could ride out the rest of the tread life on my other tires. The one I selected cost me $65 including installation, which was lower than I was expecting to pay, and they were quick in getting the job done. If you're short on funds but need a reliable shop to give to very reasonable prices and options on used tires. Look no further. The numerous 5 star ratings were well deserved. They treat the customer the way they would want to be treated and it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely give them my business should I have a need for used tires again! read more

Came in early morning after being stranded overnight in Moreno Valley with a flat tire. Everything was closed off the freeway so I grabbed a hotel and waited till in the morning. Found a tire place on yelp called Rubens tires, but once I got there the used tires were horrible, the customer service wasn't all that great , the tire they attempted to sell me was worse then the one I had. Needless to say " I left without a tire. " What a blessing, I found P&B tires a few feet away, the service was awesome; I got an almost brand new tire for $45, was even greeted with a smile. I used to come here with my dad when he needed any work done and now I come here. They were quick and friendly. As a women, we can be easily intimidated by these places but I had a good experience. I went in for a tire repair on my new car. After 6 months of owning my Jeep I had a nail in my tire. Sucks for me. But they were able to get me in and out in 20 mins. 3 stars only because they always actually had the tires I needed compared to other near by tire places, however; These guys stripped and overly tightened my lug nuts which caused them to have to break every-time they would remove or change tires. I had to pay to get all new lug nuts. These where the only guys I ever took my car too and the audacity of them to try and blame others and say "dang where have you taken your car too?! " LOL only you guys. Make sure you watch them personally screw on the lug nuts before using the gun and keep an eye on them so they don't get stolen either. read more
