I came in two weeks ago to get my nails filed down. I wanted them filled Down enough to where it would only be my real nail and get the gel over the top to protect it. My original nail looked bad because they had been done about a month before and I never went in for a fill. The nail tech did a great great job at fixing it and left me with my real nail. He was extremely nice and very professional. He also told me that he enjoys doing nails and had been doing them for a long time. His work showed and people commented on how great my nails looked after he was finished with them. It's two weeks later and my nails still look great. I will probably need a fill soon but the great job that they do still shows. I will be back soon for my fill. read more

This nail salon used to be Angels nail but a new couple just bought it and changed it to P&K nails. The nail salon is really clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The store is brightly lit and everything looks new and sparkly. The couple provided awesome customer service. The lady was super sweet and nice and did a lovely job on my pedicure. I came in for a pedicure and a manicure and left super satisfied. The prices are reasonable and walk ins are welcome. The pedicure was $30 and the manicure was $15. Next time I think I will try their gel/solar nails which is what they specialize in. Overall, I am coming back and telling my friends to come here as well. read more

Love this spot in Duluth! Every time that I am in the area, I always stop by here! They have a huge selection of gel colors.. And talk about chrome nails! In love!! I tried this nail salon a while ago but I won't go there ever again. I asked them to do a French with regular polish on my natural nails because I wanted to see how good they were before committing to an acrylic set, but the guy didn't take me seriously at all. When he was doing my nails he used a super old white nail polish. My manicure ended up with tons of bubbles. I was not satisfied at all and left. No matter how much you pay for a manicure you should never end up with bubbles. I can do a better job myself. read more

My friend and I got a pedicure here and it was terrible. They only use a pumice stone to remove calluses, which was painful and the one girl cut the bottom of my foot. I kept saying to remove more of the calluses and said to do the $40 in order to remove more but it still was less than adequate. Feet are rough and still have the old polish on the skin around my toes. We both thought it was rushed, so of instead of it being a nice, relaxing experience, it was hurried and not a professional job. They spent more time rubbing lotion on our legs (one girl using one hand while watching TV). Left without having my polish put on. I'll never go there again. read more

I hate for this to be a negative review, but it is unavoidable. I was told it would be 15 minutes for a gel pedicure, I waited one hour. I was put directly into a spa tub that was used right before me. I did not see the tub get disinfected after the last patron. During the masseage, I asked repeatedly for it to be done, out of pain, but was disregarded (or not understood). I spent 3 days doing epsom salt soaks on a very infected great toe 1 day following this pedicure. Additionally, the technician did not have my pants up high enough, so my jeans are now ruined with oil stains around the circumference of the mid calf. Now, the gel polish is chipping off, and I had to cut my nails that didn't get cut appropriately. Wasted money. read more

I was trying out this place for the first time and I am very disappointed. I had a guy do a fill for me. He didn't introduce himself so i didn't catch his name. He was extremely rude the whole time and seemed irritated that he had to work. He used a file on my gel nails after they were under UV so the seal along the edge didn't work. Overall this place sucks. I went with a friend of mine. They cut her cuticle! They told this other lady (who had a reservation) it would be a 15 minute wait and she was waiting for over an hour. I was a walk in and my wait time was about an hour or more and I was told it would only be 30 minutes. They definitely did not clean the area after each patron and reused the water that you put your hands in to soak. The whole thing was jenky and gross. They let their friend go first, and some random walk in who said she would pay double if they let her go first. Poor service, weird people, and it looks like they haven't cleaned their fish bowl in about 3-4 months. read more

I was very disappointed in the service I received today. The quality of my pedicure was decent but the service horrible. I received a deluxe pedicure that was completed in about 20 min. No real massage, trying to get me out for the next customer. No conversation at all, just pointed and grunted. I was brought over to the drying machine in bare feet... yikes! I worry about what they used on my feet, it all looked used many times and who knows if it was sanitized. Not impressed, will not return. I had a 4pm pedicure appt.and I sat in the foot bath for almost 15 min.before anyone came over, by then the water was on the cool side. The filing and snipping of the cuticles was on the rough side, not relaxing at all. The "lotion" she put on my legs made them dry & had a tight feeling. When she was putting my sandals on for me SHE smudged the French polish. When I asked if she would fix it, she stated it would cost $5 extra. Why would I pay extra when it was her mishap? I brought my exchange student there to have her nails done. worst experience for her while shes been here. She wanted a beige color and got dark purple. Really! They were super long and she wanted them shorter and the guy said they were fine. She paid 56.00 for bad service. Will never go back there. The guy that helped me was nice but not very good. My nails look uneven and one of my nails broke before I left and he acted put out to fix it. On top of that he filed my nail so hard he rubbed my finger raw causing me to bleed. I had to yank my hand out of his for him to even stop. He then replied "there's no blood". this place is way overpriced, $58 for a full set! insane! the guy that did my nails was rude and didn't talk to me at all. he didn't listen when i told him to cut them down so they are about 2 inches. i asked him to cut them and he said he couldn't do the coffin shape with that length when it was only a little bit shorter. My fingers were burning from joe much he filed them and the dryer was very painful as well. will never go there again. do not recommend. read more

I would stay as far away from this place as you can get. My mom bought me a gift card and spent 40.00. I came in and told them I was there for my pedicure and that I have a gift card. She could hardly get her face away from her cell phone long enough to ask for the date of the card and stated it was only good for a year. Mine had expired a month and a half ago. They new I was a new customer. No discount was even offered. I asked for it to be honored as my mom gave them 40.00. No was No! I then told her I would let as many people I know about their lack of customer service to which she replied "YOU go right ahead!" There was not one other customer in that place. I then went to Diamond Nail which was packed as it should be on Valentines day. They took great care of me and will tell all of my friends to go there! CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!!
