My wife and I contacted them for a fridge repair. They sent us a technician named Erick B, and we are going to be their customer for all the appliance issues. Erick is very polite and on time, and if there's a delay and is going to be late, he will let you know on timely manner. He explained everything as he worked on the fridge, and although the repair ended up not being possible as we were going to need a new fridge, he really did everything he could to save the fridge and us a lot of money. On top of all that, what sold me to recommend this company and decided to call them for all of our appliance needs is their customer support and aftercare service. When the first diagnosis and fix didn't repair the problem, Erick came out to do a second diagnosis and when we concluded that it's a compressor failure, he helped us research for a quality fridge to replace our old one. Now, I don't have experience with any other technicians from this company, but if they are as good as Erick, you are in good hands. Then he actually paused to think about if there was anything else he could do. A half hour later Yan figured out how to reset our digital panel and viola our appliance had been repaired. How much did this cost, you may ask? Only the initial $50 for the visit. Such a great guy! I was prepared to pay well over $50 for the cost, his time for the service and tip. And it would have been well worth. All in all, Yan saved us $350 and a whole lot of hassle.

Despite this, they continued to insist that they never received the original message. This wasted our entire day waiting on them and now nobody is open and we have rotting food. I called and spoke with Anthony in the morning, and even though he was booked all day long, he still made it to our house. He quickly disassembled the dryer, identified the built-up lint around the burner, cleaned it all up and wiped it down, checked all of the wires to make sure nothing was melted or shorted, and put it all back together. I am not exaggerating. Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy have all screwed me on delivery dates or shipping issues but never L&D. They always hire great delivery drivers and installers as well. Joni (Johnny) and Sam recently delivered a speed queen coin slide washing machine and they brought the machine up a flight of stairs, down a flight into the basement and then hauled away the old one, very clean and respectful.
