This place is a legitimate outlet. So many places claim to be outlets these days and they're just a curated collection of cheaper items, not here! It's a totally random hodgepodge of things from the hardware store. At first glance it didn't look like there was much I was interested in but walking around and looking at items on the shelves I was able to find a few things that I could use and was impressed that they were at a really good price. It seems like they mostly specialize in appliances with blemishes, which occupies at least half of the store. I'm not in the market for that so I didn't look too closely. The other half of the store is just random stuff piled around, not super organized or easy to see exactly what it is at a glance. If you are up for digging around a little bit you can find some good stuff. I found a metric tap and die set for $.99 that normally goes for $30 along with a couple other miscellaneous things to throw in the toolbox! read more

The same Lowe's products at a discount price! You can save anywhere from 30 to 80% here, many times I've seen items for as low as one dollar! They have endless selection of refrigerators, stoves and washing machines, you can find pretty much any major appliance here as well as small items. The staff is friendly, and there is plenty of easy parking. read more

I find this store a little odd - I was looking for garden equipment like hoses and potting soil etc - but this is definitely not a normal Lowe's (my mistake) - it's their "outlet"? The only "garden" stuff they had was a selection of only two types of medium sized plant pots. The website claims they offer "big discounts on scratch-and-dent appliances, patio furniture, grills and more" - and while there are tons of appliances on the show floor, the prices really didn't seem that much lower than normal appliances anywhere else and these all have various sorts of cosmetic damage. I did find a nice looking outdoor table that seemed like a good price but upon closer inspection, I didn't like the quality. The staff I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful - he did explain the products available as things like overflow and other things I mentioned above. So you might be able to find a decent deal if you really shop around and look hard. But I'd be hesitant to buy anything with any kind of "damage". It's a good location with plenty of parking - just a bit strange and I'm not really understanding why they don't just make it a regular Lowe's lol. read more

I visited the store and was treated with blatant disrespect. The staff were unclear, unhelpful, and actively avoided assisting customers. This behavior is unacceptable and undermines any chance of a positive shopping experience. The staff had a problem for every solution. It's like they had an internal agreement to not help customers. Hubby and I passed this Lowe's outlet a zillion times so finally our curiosity got the best of us! It was cool and fun to see these misfit - and sometimes end of stock- large appliances until my hubby started becoming actually interested in replacing some of our aged goods! It is a bargain though, generally 1/2 off with delivery and taking of old appliance. All appliances have a 1 year warranty + additional for a nominal cost for most, and can check on the yellow tag for pricing on the upper right corner. There are rows of appliances to choose from and you can snag a really good deal here, and not all just scratch 'n dent! read more

This is a Lowe's outlet, and if you're looking for appliances, this is definitely the place to go -- especially if you don't mind a few minor scratches or items that were previously on display at other Lowe's stores around the country. The savings can be well worth it. It seems they receive new inventory on Wednesday mornings, and I'd recommend going right at opening time. We were told there can be lines on those days because of new items coming in. Like other Lowe's locations, there's plenty of free parking outside. They also offer delivery for large appliances for a small flat fee -- whether you buy one item or several, the fee stays the same as long as you're within 30 miles of the store. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. One note, items purchased here can only be returned here, we were told by the staff to buy two chords to see which one fitted the new oven we just bought, and although they told us we could return it at any Lowes, this was not correct. Since this is not too close to LA, if you're traveling here on purpose for the great deals, keep this in mind. read more

Do not buy anything from this store. They claim their products are only dented, slightly scratched, or lightly used, but they'll knowingly sell you items that may not even work. I purchased a washing machine that arrived with a broken door -- the delivery team noticed it wouldn't close properly before they even took it off the dolly. After returning that one, I decided to give the store another chance. The salesperson showed me a unit advertised as never used, but when I ran a quick wash for the first time, it got stuck in the spin cycle for hours. The employees there aren't told why the products were returned or discounted in the first place, so buying from them is a complete gamble. "New" or "never used" doesn't mean "fully functional." I was trying to save money, but ended up wasting both time and money dealing with all this frustration. I don't understand how this store is still in business. read more

Went Sunday to buy a washer Samsung washer, Rude and worst customer service. Employees standing around and talking to each other. Anyway, picked it up next day, hooked it up and found washer was bouncing all over the place. Loaded it up back up and drive back to the store. Once we got there they had instantly know what was wrong. They didn't disclose it to us that we had to remove some bolts in the back of the washer in order for it to be working properly. Long story short, they couldn't take it back even though it was still within the 2 day return period. Heavy set worker by the name JOHNATAN couldn't hold a decent conversation about customer service. Unprofessional and all around clowns working the front end. Pathetic! This place is a joke, stay away and save your money! read more

Great place to shop for discounted large appliances items like refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove. They have mostly over stocked, open box or returned pieces. First of all, I want to express my gratitude to Jonathan as he resolved a defected dryer. He helped me exchange another dryer, scheduled delivery, and ensure there was no extra charge. This store seems to be a bit short staff as it did take a bit, but Jonathan did his best with multitasking several customers and informing them that he or someone will be attending the next customer as soon as possible. Overall, I think the wait is still worth the prices as the prices here are truly a great deal. read more

Well, can't go any lower than one star, however they don't even deserve that. My Contractor ordered a Range from them last week, and was told it would be delivered on Monday Dec 15th between 1 and 5. waited all day for someone, and they never showed or even called. My Contractor called them yesterday, and was told they would deliver on Wed Dec 17th between 11 and 3. So, he got a notice from Lowe's at 9:30 this morning saying they didn't have the Range, and wouldn't have one until Jan 15th. Unfortunately, I can't repeat what my Contrator told them, however you get the idea. I just find it hard to believe that Lowe's is still in business with that kind of absolutely horrible service. The worst customer service! There's this only lady that time , (skinny with bleached long hair) she gave us an attitude. She was so rude asking if we are going to buy it in a sarcastic tone . When I replied yes. She told me to grab the tag and bring it to the cashier. I asked her if she is not going to test it first.. She began to sound upset and argue and I asked her why she was being so snarky. We were so dissatisfied that we left the store. I've read a lot of comments about how unpleasant these salespeople are. I am in the market for a stove and the selection here is pretty small. They get restocks on Tuesdays and Thursdays and most items are 1 of 1 items from the Lowe's stores. Service was really great and the attendants were very friendly and welcoming. The discounts here are deep and I do think it's worth checking out if you are in the market for appliances. They have a giant selection of refrigerators like I have never seen before. Honestly shocked at how much they are discounted too! Highly recommend Lowe's outlet for appliances! read more

Helped us first time there, we had to return due to fridge being too big and he helped us again and with a washer and dryer. Even though they can be dented on whatever item we bought he checked every aspect of the item we bought still. He made it so easy for my husband and I to shop for these appliances. You'll generally wait on hold for at least a half hour for any call. While in the store, the phone rings and rings and nobody does anything about it. Computer system from 1922, slow and inefficient. Set up a delivery, and driver called us and said he couldn't deliver, due to weight limit on street. Rescheduled and they said they would try to use a "smaller truck", which they don't even have. We picked up the 50,000 pound fridge ourselves and almost dropped and got injured while unloading. Absolute trash business. read more

Got 2 items they didn't work after they said it's been tested I called nextday they told me to call the manufacturer for repair so I did... took them a week to come out and say they wouldn't repair do to the dent that was there when I got it.. gave me a run around it was past my 2 day return/exchange now I have 2 broken appliances that the manufacturer or extended warranty will not cover. Don't bother trying to find a deal because it's all junk and the customer service in store is slow and rude. Maytag told me my options where to recycle it and I believe they know once it's out the door the customer is out of luck! Various appliances: lots of refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, bbqs, etc. Most looked like returns with minor damage and unboxed. Cleaning supplies and various other small items that looked new or overstocked. Various water filter supplies. A hodgepodge of miscellaneous items. Know your prices as it can be comparable to full retail for smaller items. The store was not fully stocked. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This will be a long read but if you're considering getting anything from this place please BEWARE and read my terrible experience. I got a Whirlpool dishwasher there which came with no box and purchased an extended warranty. Installed the dishwasher and right away it LEAKED and didn't dry the dishes. I called Lowe's Outlet and told them what was wrong with it and they informed us to called an authorized Whirlpool technician to come check it. When the guy finally came to check the dishwasher he told me that it shouldn't have been sold to me because it had a cracked tub and cracked sump. The repair guy said something had to have been dropped on top of it for those parts to be damaged the way they were. I then called the repair place back and they told me it wouldn't be under their Whirlpool warranty because it was not a manufacturer defect. It was sold broken damaged by Lowe's Outlet. I then called Lowe's Outlet and they told me to use the Lowe's extended warranty but Lowe's extended warranty refused to look at the paperwork from the technician and said it's Whirlpool's problem. Also I went to the store and spoke to the manager, he said he couldn't do anything because they have a 2 DAY RETURN POLICY and they refused to work it out with me. So both warranty's don't work because they're both blaming each other and now I have a dishwasher that doesn't work since October 2022. Think twice before buying anything at this Lowe's Outlet store. When the previous home improvement store in this location closed a few years ago, I remember finding some close out bargains during their going out of business sale. So in a cosmic sort of way, I suppose it's only fitting three or four years later to come here for discounts and deals. I have visited Lowe's stores before, probably too frequently... And built a kitchen two bathrooms a roof, a perimeter fence, and assorted other home projects shopping at the store. This iteration is some sort of "outlet" - - it seems this is where they're dented and box damaged items go before they are likely auctioned off or sold as lots. ... which means if you're savvy and patient, you can actually find some great deals here. You can also find some items that, it seems, by the time you're done with delivery, tax, and installation, you would've been better off just buying a brand new item at a regular Lowe's store. All that to say we were in the market for some patio furniture that was nice enough to entertain, but not so expensive that when, not IF, the dogs and kids destroy it, we won't be too sad or disappointed. They did not have much, but they hat they had was perfect, and 50% off. We loaded it into a blue flatbed cart. And into the truck it went. Some assembly required. read more

Just a quick update. The employees appear to be hired for this outlet, and didn't receive the same type of training like the ones in their stores. They didn't know how to answer a few basic questions. As for prices, a 'heavily marked down' item was only $50 less than a brand new one at their competitor's store, and the new one included the manufacturer's warranty. So I ended up saving money for a brand new one since I didn't have to purchase Lowe's extended warranty. The outlet is ideal for someone who knows what features and functions they want w/o having to ask too many questions, and don't mind appearances in order to get a lower price. Tip: do some comparison shopping before making a purchase here. read more
