    I've had many bad experiences with contractors so hiring one to stucco my home was not easy for me. The moment I met Richard, I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel so at ease throughout the process that I rarely even took a peep throughout the week long job to check on their progress. All workers were always on time or even early, courteous and accommodating. Richard also referred an awesome painter after the job was done. This was a weeklong job and Richard never once hounded me for money unlike any other contractor I've hired. Richard runs a top notch operation and is a class act.

    I cannot recommend P&R highly enough. We saw them when they were putting stucco up at a neighbor's house. We have wanted to get rid of some siding for years, and we decided to call P&R. We could not be happier. First, Richard is awesome. He showed up nearly every day to check on things and make sure everything was right. His men showed up on time and worked their butts off even in 100° heat. When they were done, they cleaned up, lol and wecould not even tell they had been there. We noticed several cracks after the stucco went up. Richard came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. It now looks great. Such a huge improvement over the old siding. P&R is professional from the top down.

    I had someone else do my smooth stucco and it did not go well. I contacted Richard and me and my wife were still skeptical because of the last person. He met me at my house and looked at my so called stucco and said he can fix it, still skeptical , my wife asked what if we don't like it. He responded with I'm so confident of my work that you don't have to pay me till you like it. Me and wife looked at each other and said oh damn, ok your hired. His crew came and kept everything clean and finished job. His workers did such good job that you can see your reflection on it like glass. See picture. Richard is the most upfront stucco person I know .

    Our experience with DiBara Masonry was extremely disappointing…read more We initially met with Matt to review the plans for our project. He was knowledgeable, professional, and conveyed significant industry experience. We were then introduced to the sales team, who described the project as straightforward and estimated that the work could be completed within 6-8 weeks based on plans that had already been approved by the city. Instead, the project extended to approximately seven months and was marked by persistent communication issues, poor coordination among team members, inadequate project management, and a lack of consistent oversight. After the contract was signed, both Matt and our sales representative became largely unavailable. We were assigned a project manager who was unfamiliar with the approved plans and frequently required clarification on basic project details. When we raised concerns with our sales representative, we were told that project-related issues were outside his responsibility, and we were not directed to anyone else who could effectively address them. Partway through the project, the company hired a new Director of Operations who assured us that existing issues would be resolved and the project would be brought back on track. Unfortunately, communication remained inconsistent, calls and messages often went unanswered, and there were periods of multiple weeks when no work was performed on site. A significant issue throughout the project was the apparent lack of communication between departments. Sales, project managers, foremen, office staff, and accounting frequently appeared to be operating independently, resulting in repeated miscommunications, conflicting information, and a constant stream of redundant calls, texts, and emails. As a customer, it often felt as though we were responsible for relaying information between members of their own team. One (of many) examples: we scheduled a walk through prior to making our final payment. A week later the accounting team threatened to put a mechanic's lien on our house because we hadn't paid yet. Apparently no one was talking to each other within their office. The company also relied on a long succession of subcontractors. In our experience, many arrived on site without a clear understanding of the scope of work and without access to the approved plans. This led to confusion, delays, and avoidable mistakes. Most concerning were incidents that appeared to result directly from lack of oversight. Work performed by the team caused significant damage to our sewer line. On another occasion, concrete was scheduled to be poured over exposed electrical lines that had not yet been reconnected, a situation that could have created serious complications had it not been identified beforehand. We made several attempts to speak directly with Matt regarding our concerns about project quality, management, and coordination. However, we were repeatedly told that he was unavailable or booked weeks in advance, and we were never able to have a meaningful discussion about the issues affecting our project. Based on our experience, the company presented a far different level of organization and oversight during the sales process than what was ultimately delivered once construction began.
