This is my second time working with Mike and the Just Like New, JLN, team. This project is three 150 sqft solid insulated patio covers. Needed drywall repair/patch up in the ceiling area for a Wall Mounted Range Hood, which is placed above the gas cooktop in our Kitchen and also some drywall repair/patchup work required in a bedroom where wall outlets had been repositioned. Michael agreed not only to do the drywall patch up and repair work but also to do the installation for the range hood - all for a very reasonable price. Michael is a true and honest professional. Contacted Mike about an estimate to repair and texture ceilings after a repipe. He asked me to send pictures and he would then come out to look in person. A week went by and I contacted him. He then came out and said he would email the estimate the next day. Four business days passed and I contacted him again.
